Worry free temperature control

We live in Florida and have had in our house and have now in our condo approximately 8 Sofucor fans they are functional beautiful to look at and worry free temperature control above all at a really great price compared to other fan manufacturers.

I lost my mounting bracket for my…

I lost my mounting bracket for my ceiling fan and emailed them to get a buyer replacement and they sent one to me free of charge. They were very prompt in responding and had it sent out immediately. Really great customer service 10 out of 10 no notes.

I’ve had such a great experience

I’ve had such a great experience. I searched for just the right fan for my bedroom which has a vaulted ceiling and the Sofucorfan is perfect. Their customer service is so responsive and answered all of my questions along the way. Highly recommend.

We have purchased 2 of your ceiling…

We have purchased 2 of your ceiling fans to replace to older fans.
Your fans were easy to install, directions for installation were simple to follow.
the fans are beautifully designed, controls are simple to use and they are quite.

Noa deserves 10 stars

Noa, in customer service, deserves 10 stars for correcting and following through with an initial frustrating experience I had with receiving an incorrect remote.

I appreciate the fact that he reached out to understand my dissatisfaction with the call in customer service and then was able to solve the problem.

I had an excellent experience!

I had an excellent experience purchasing two of my fans, one for my living room and one for the kitchen. They were extremely easy to set up and place.
Not a lot of fans move tons of air anymore or are very bright if they have a light. Sofucor fans push a ton of air around, provide a very bright LED light, and are extremely quiet.
Will be buying these again.

Fantastic customer service!

I purchased several indoor ceiling fans in 2022 for our new home. The fans have worked fantastically since purchase. A couple of them recently had light failures and I was able to purchase new light components from the website. Turns out that I bought the wrong lights. I reached out to Sofucorfan and they are taking care of my issue. They have been very responsive and great to work with. I would definitely recommend.
