My order was promptly processed and shipped. Although, the replacement light did not fix my problem, customer service responded in a timely manner to my request for a refund, and it is already in process. Thank you.

We ordered a fan from Sofucor. When it arrived it showed on the box a fan with LED lighting. It turns out the carton was mislabeled and contained a fan without the light. After informing the customer service department of their mistake they chose to send us a new fan with the LED lighting and did not require return for the other fan. Noa who works in the customer service department was extremely responsive. We just received the new fan in the mail but haven't installed it yet.
I had ordered from Sofucor in the first place because I read about the excellent customer service they provide should there be a problem. I can only support that and will give it a five star rating.

This fan was a game changer for my back porch! It's lovely and works extremely well for my space. I LOVE it! Also, the customer service is EXCELLENT - truly one of the best I have ever experienced. I HIGHLY recommend this fan.... buy it and enjoy!

After buying Sofucor smart fan, I needed help with the longer down-rod. Sofucor support team really helped via chat and then on the call to make right purchase. The shipment received as they mentioned on their website. They continuously stayed in touch to check if everything is ok with the installation. I loved their fan as well as chstomer service. I highly recommend them to buy their products.

My remote died for the outdoor ceiling fan. I contacted Socufor with little confidence for a replacement. They responded within 18 hours with instructions that were crystal clear. One week later my replacement arrived.

I had an issue with my fan not working properly after installation. My interactions with customer support was primarily via email, but they were responsive in replying within 24 hours. Ultimately they sent me new controller and remote which arrived quickly and resolved my issue. I appreciate the support from Noa and have already purchased another Sofucor fan for another room.

I moved into a house with a Sofucor fan and it was missing the remote. I reached out to the company to inquire and they were nothing but helpful! A new remote is coming my way and they were prompt to respond to all my calls/emails.

I had a 52" fan installed, unfortunately during the installation the light cover fell and got broken, but this guys did a Wonderful thing and send me the replacement part for free! Customer Service 10/10, product 10/10!

I bought two 48” wood ceiling fans for bedrooms 9 months ago and they have worked great. I love how they look and how easy they are to control with remote controller. Also customer service has been great when I first wired it incorrectly (completely on me since this was a remodel and former electrician did some funky wiring).

I ordered 5 Sofucor 45" Smart Ceiling Fan, Indoor/Outdoor Ceiling Fans with Lights and Remote. I received them in a timely matter. I am building a house so they weren't installed for a couple months. I have had some problems with missing, broken or remote issues. Each time I contacted Sofucor they responded the next day and send me new parts immediately. This happened on different occasions because the ceiling fans were installed at different times. Sofucor was fantastic to work with. I can't give them enough praise for their excellent service. The fans are great, very stylish and look great. I would recommend by this fan or any other product from Sofucor because of their stylish products and their excellent service. I would definitely buy from them again.

Awesome company. They replaced the remote to our fan after our dog chewed it up and they did it at no cost! Love our new fan and love a company that stands behind their products!

My wife separately ordered a down rod to have the ceiling fan hang lower, but she didn't arrange for the extra wiring. Sofucorfan came to the rescue by mailing extra wiring at no cost. Fantastic customer service!

I purchased a total of three fans made by sufucor from Home Depot. One of the fans had issues and Sufucor sent me the parts free of charge, that’s great customer service!!

The receiving unit in my Sofucor fan went bad. I contacted their customer service dept and provided them w the necessary details and received a new receiving unit and remote control within 2 days. It was a very pleasant experience. I’m very happy that I brought this brand of ceiling fan.

What a outstanding company. I had an issue with the fan. A few emails later everything was taken care. My New fan looks spectacular and works well.

The fan looked great I had it installed in my living room and then it looked so good I bought a second for me bedroom

I purchased 2 ceiling fans with lights and remotes for my front porch and upon install discovered I had misplaced the remotes. The fans look beautiful and are of high quality, but I need the remote controls. I reached out to Sofucorfan and they got back to me in the same day and said they would send out replacement remotes. It's nice for a change to deal with a company that offers a high level of good customer service. J Sealey

I recently purchased a light/fan combo from our local big box store. When the fan control was having issues, I contacted the store only to find out it was past their warranty. I contacted Sofucorfan directly and they sent me a replacement remote control. When that didn't fix the issue, Sofucorfan sent me a whole new light/fan. The replacement works great. Noa in the customer service department was very responsive. Thank you for all your help Noa.
