About a fan/light almost a year ago, but one of the settings to the light did not work. I contacted Sofucofan and together we were able to diagnose the problems. They further responded back quickly sending me a new light unit which fixed the problem. The new unit included tracking information as well. Problem solved. Great customer service.

Shopped extensively for ceiling fans for my family room. Settled on a pair of fans from Sofucorfan. Decision was based on value and features. Received the units and installed them and was delighted with the quality, packaging, and clarity of the instructions. The units are extremely quiet, yet powerful. During installation I unfortunately damaged one of the units. I reached out to Sofucorfan customer service. They responded quickly and were extremely helpful and understanding. So to summarize: superior products, excellent value, and great customer service.

I sent an email because I moved into my new home and the remotes were missing for this great fan. I received a response immediately, and they sent me one at no charge. Not only do they have great fans, their customer service is amazing! It is rare for organizations these days; it is refreshing and appreciated!

This company has been amazing to work with, we absolutely love our beautiful fan and all the options for light settings that we can easily use from a remote. However, we accidentally broke the remote, and I reached out to the company for help. I love my new fan. It was easy to install, runs quietly, and has a strong fan that really circulates the air. Working with customer service to order an extra remote control was also a pleasure. I am very happy with the service from Sofucorfan.

There is NO customer service at all. The fan has a warranty for the motor, but if you cannot get the company to respond there is no way to get service replacement needed. Customer Service for SofucoFan is listed as 769-227-6609 but no one ever answers the phone or returns your call. The chat on the website, is open but again, it is nonresponsive. After numerous attempts I finally got someone to respond, they indicated that they would send a replacement remote and to patiently wait it can take up to 5-7 business days. After 13 days I contact them again, the response is "There is a big possibility that our warehouse staff missed this parcel". The tracking from USPS shows that tracking is not available for this item. Still no resolve, still no level of response that shows they want repeat or referral customers.

The fan seems fine, but I realized (too late) that I could't use it. While the company has a return policy, it's important to note that even if you don't open the package, the consumer will be responsible for paying for any returns. I definitely would have thought twice if I had known that.

Sofucor has a great variety of ceiling fans! However, and perhaps most importantly, they also have great customer service. I recently purchased several of their ceiling fans (with real wood blades!) but one of them had a bad remote receiver. So I contacted Sofucor for help, and they were terrific! They immediately shipped out a replacement remote and receiver set, and now the ceiling fan works great!
