Truly awful quality furniture and took two months to turn up.

The returns policy says you can't return if you've built the item(which just involves sliding the pieces together but they don't fit well at all). The kicker is you can't tell how bad it is until you build it. I've now raised a complaint with Paypal as realise that is against your statutory rights.

Please look at the reviews by KatieMiller, Amir and Barbara. Notice that they all review ChillMe and Sofanatic? Well google "companies house dariusz deren" - unsurprisingly he owns both companies that have been reviewed. I implore you to avoid this company and chillMe. Happy to provide photos of the awful quality, fake reviews and company ownership if this is disputed in any way.

What a fantastic company 👌 From order to payment to delivery it was seamless. The communication was great.....delivered quickly and on time....very helpful delivery driver and most of all a brilliant product at a very competitive price. They may be a smaller company but 100% on par and above with the bigger ones. Would highly recommend 👌 Thanks Sofanatic 😊

This sofa is the best sofa iv ever had. The quality is so much better than I could ever expect. The customer service was absolutely fantastic and my sofa was even put together for me.

The product quality is good but the delivery service was rubbish. Driver didn’t assemble the sofa as agreed, stained my floor tiles and didn’t take the packaging away. Top of that he made joke to put the rubbish in neighbours bin. It was awful service I ever had from any company . Please work on it. Thanks

Good quality and prompt response and delivery. Could be great if some assembly instructions were added but comms on WhatsApp to assist were on point. Higher recommended

What a joke. Been waiting 2 months for a sofa. Originally was estimated 2 weeks delivery, then it was out of stock, finally was restocked and they gave a date to deliver then say they can’t do this date and now are closed for 2-3 weeks and have to wait another month. Avoid.

I have never purchased a sofa without seeing it or testing it, but this time I just ordered. I have to say, I was so impressed with the service it took a bit longer to get the sofa, I didn’t mind. Delivered and installed, but delivery drivers. I’ve had so many compliments. I would recommend this company to anyone The products are good and Services is great. It’s comfortable to sleep on too. I was searching for a small LSofa bed, and I came across this gem of a company, Sofanatic. How innovative! The order process was effortless. The company communicated with me through WhatsApp messages and kept me informed. On the day of the delivery, which was like three weeks after the order.
I got a call an hour prior. The whole process was seemless. Callum delivered our sofa; he was amazing from start to finish. He was so polite and professional, and he really added value to the company's customer service.
The sofa itself was simple to assemble after a few words of guidance from Callum. The fabric is beautiful, soft and quite hard-wearing at the same time. There are so many designs, sizes, and an insane number of colours to choose from. This family-run business is giving the likes of DFS a run for their money, which is very commendable. I will recommend them to my friends. In fact, the sofa will speak for itself.

Delighted with my purchase from Sofanatic! Not only was the delivery lightning-fast, but the communication with both the seller and delivery personnel was impeccable. They delivered exactly as promised, and the sofa itself is not only comfortable but also spotless. Couldn't be happier with my experience!

The team was great from the very beginning, all the way through to the delivery and after! We're very happy with the choice of our sofa. It was great to have so much choice in terms of designs and fabrics to start with. Would've felt overwhelming if they hadn't helped us choose - communication was great and we could ask as many questions as we had to make the right choice.
From ordering to receiving the sofa it did take some time, but I'd imagine that would be the case with other big furniture items made by order too (and certainly was mentioned in other sofa websites), so just something that needs to be planned.
Delivery was perfectly on time as well and Darios was great!
The prices as well seemed unbeatable compared to other shops (especially for the quality). We picked the company after previously having ordered from a high street retailer that didn't have as much choice and the quality ended up not meeting expectations despite the otherwise high prices. So we're even happier with our choice now.
