Got this £1600 sofa of them the first 6 months nothing but issues, I even had to argue for consumer rights for them to sort it out. They have given me a sofa which is falling apart not even a year. I ve sent them proof but yet I m ment to pay for a in safe sofa where my disabled son and my other child to sit on. I even raised to them my son cut his leg as the clip was hanging loose don’t use them. P. S I would add pictures but it won’t will add to socials .

It’s all well and good till you have a fault. I entrusted their recommendation of using this third party to come and inspect my sofa after a fault developed after having the sofa for less than a year. They are fraudsters ! They Inspected the sofa in less than 10 minutes and only took pictures not actually inspecting anything and blamed it on the user !! They take no responsibility despite this being a manufactures fault and not doing anything about it. It seems like I’m not the only one based on previous 1 stars… very disappointing as this was not cheap purchase ! Honeypot furniture customer service was good until this..

Fantastic Sofa & Delivery

I’m absolutely delighted with my sofa from Honeypot Furniture! The quality is fantastic, the fabric is so soft and beautiful, and it’s incredibly comfortable. It looks even better than I expected and feels really well made.

A special mention has to go to the delivery guys, Jacek and Jacek, who were absolutely amazing! They carried three boxes up three flights of stairs and installed everything so easily, carefully and professionally. They were brilliant from start to finish.

What started as a rather positive experience quickly turned more into a typical Facebook marketplace type sofa purchase and we’ve been left regretting gifting our old ones!
Our initial sofa arrived (the U shaped one in grey), and they’d missed a load of padding on one side, as well as the fabric being too tight and pulling the squares out of shape. Honeypot arranged for their “independent” inspector to view, who agreed with us and they arranged for a replacement. We were initially told one was available within a couple of weeks so booked a day off work for the swap over, only for this to be cancelled within 24 hours of the swap date due to lack of stock.
This was followed by numerous back and forth exchanges offering us other more expensive sofas at our cost, despite us maintaining that this was the only suitable one. We were eventually offered a minimal compensation to apologise for the experience of the first one, however for context, this didn’t even cover half of the day off work I took for a replacement sofa that didn’t exist.
We eventually got our replacement and were so excited to finally have a fixed version as the theory of the sofa is really nice, only for the new one to be even worse than the last!
This one is now missing that much padding on the U’s that my children’s legs are bashing into the wooden frame when they get onto the sofa. It’s also missing that much cushion that we can’t use it as the sofa bed it was intended for (trust me - our carpet would feel nicer!), and can actively scrunch the fabric on top.
This is unfortunately where things went down hill and the “independent” inspector returned. Again, he verbally agreed this sofa was even worse and in his words “he didn’t know what to suggest because it’s that bad”, however this time, Honeypot sent me a report saying that despite the frame being felt, their inspector “didn't feel this was a fault” which directly contradicts what was said to us in person, and thankfully caught on our smart home system.
The “independent” inspectors come with a report that is predefined by Honeypot, and are only allowed to comment on the things mentioned. Conveniently, this time, Honeypot had moulded the report to not reflect the mass of issues, meaning the inspector was unable to comment on the severity of the faults. Again, as I say, despite him agreeing that he could feel the frame with his legs, Honeypot have maintained they won’t do anything.
We’re now in a position of having to contact the small claims court to try and recoup our money, so unless you want a stressful experience that results in a low quality sofa that could have been picked up for £400 on Facebook, avoid like the plague and stick to the wider known brands.
Everything has been blamed on “suppliers” throughout, despite Honeypot being the product seller and person liable for this.
These are nothing more than cheap tacky modular chunks smashed together without care, just with a hefty price tag.

This company may seem good value but AVOID.
The Glue and Foam used stinks of onions after just over a year due to off gassing.
This company just do not care and were offhand and totally not interested.
The Foam used is Inferior and sags in no time,
Give the same stock answer to all problems!

I honestly couldn’t be happier with my sofa. I ordered a 2 seater, armchair and footstool. NAPLES DESIGN. I even changed my order last minute and customer services were so patient, helpful and understanding they really made the whole process stressfree and positive. The delivery men were also lovely, so polite, friendly and really helpful bringing everything in and setting it up. I’ve had my sofa since Ocotber 2025 and it’s still just as soft and comfy as the day it arrived. The seating is really deep, which I absolutely love. I originally bought the footstool because I always wished I had one with my previous sofa, but honestly the sofa is so deep and comfortable I don’t even need it. My cat has completely claimed it though & it’s perfect to have when family comes round. The armchair is HUGE, my mum and her husband can both sit on it comfortably together & the 2 seater easily fits 3 people, which is great when everyone over. Before buying, I spent ages looking on Instagram and TikTok for genuine customer reviews, photos and videos because I was really unsure about ordering a sofa online without seeing it in person first. Seeing real people share honest reviews really helped settle my mind and now so glad I went for it. Best decision ever

My girlfriend bought the azzuro sofa bed in April this year , lovely couch and delivery was fast but now has developed a fault , they sent a “technician” to look at fault which on stitching as raised up on the seating foam on the main seating area , he just tried to push it in then said we are sitting on it wrong . Then customer care from honeypot have said that the technician report said it’s not a fault and then states a not a manufacturing fault so it’s a fault but not doing anything about it . Save you £1500 and buy another couch from a proper sofa company , 12 months guarantee worth nothing with this company . Avoid

Ordered the sage sofa and I am loving it!

Great communication with delivery and I could track on the day. The guys came and fitted exactly where I wanted it. Very quickly and they were friendly.

I don’t normally leave reviews but wanted to reassure people as I was hesitant about buying such an important piece of furniture without seeing it! It’s even better than I thought.

It turns into a sofa bed so easily and is so comfy.

Would recommend without a doubt and will definitely be buying from Honeypot again.

Ordered the Lora corner sofa bed in beige - was due to be delivered within a week of ordering, but the date got pushed back due to stocking issues. So, opted to change the colour to stone & was given a new delivery date, but yet again that was delayed. 2 days later, got an email saying the stone sofa was now discontinued. I ended up reverting back to beige, but this whole process took a month. I made my deposit payment in early Feb & sofa was delivered on 24/03 due to the back & forth.

When it came, I asked the delivery drivers to leave it in the boxes due to me decorating. On 30/03 unboxed it by removing the outter cardboard & plastic - nothing technical or anything that requires a specialist, but when I opened the ottoman, as per the instructions to get the sofa feet out for assembling, I noticed the factory-fitted springs were partially unattached from the main frame; making it unusable & unsafe.
I contacted Honeypot; sent photos & a video & asked for a replacement unit/sofa. They booked a Castelan appointment for the following week for a repair. Me not being happy with this remedy; I refused on the grounds that I had brought a new sofa & it shouldn't need repairing. Honeypot have stayed firm that I would need a third-party inspection to confirm if the fault was caused during manufacturing or caused by me from 'unpackaged & asembled' (removing packaging wouldn't cause internal damage & other than putting on feet, there's no assembling required).
Due their resistance to replace the sofa unit/sofa & push for a third-party inspection - a tatic used to delay the process in the hopes I will accept a faulty sofa or repair, & given previous reviews on peoples experiences with a technician inspection report - I won't be accepting an appointment!
So I exercised my short-term right to reject faulty goods, as I'm still within the 30-day period & under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 I am entitled to a full refund. Now Honeypot are refusing my right to a refund unless I accept their condition of a third-party inspection, when I have already given them clear enough evidence of the fault.
UPDATE
Nearly a month since delivery & Im at a deadlock with HPF. They are still obstructing my staturory rights to a full refund, so I have now escalated the matter to the finance company & raised a section 75 with them for joint liability. Its currently in the process of being investigated & could potentially take up to 8 weeks for their final response, luckily my payments have been put on hold. I have also sent a 'Letter before court claim' & notified trading standards of HPF's practices.

I have only given one star because I can’t give zero - see google reviews for honest ones. I have owned my sofa for 18 months and over the past few months the zips on the seat covers began to fail. We now have a sofa that requires a full set of new seat covers (which are very expensive!). I have contacted Honeypot Furniture to request that they rectify this clear fault with their product and they have confirmed that they are not required to resolve faults with their products after 12 months has passed. I was clearly being naive thinking that a sofa should be made to last longer than 12 months or that replacement seat covers should be provided - terrible service. If you want a sofa that will last you longer than a year or so then do not purchase from here!

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of furniture from Honeypot Furniture and the way my complaint has been handled.

I purchased a sofa set which developed a serious structural issue with the internal frame and legs. This problem first started in 2023, less than a year after purchase, and has now occurred again.

An engineer was sent to inspect the issue, and during the visit I was informed that parts would be required and a follow-up repair would be needed. However, I later received a report claiming that this is “not a manufacturing fault” and that I would have to pay for repairs.

This is completely unacceptable. The damage is clearly from the internal frame, not something caused by normal use. Even the report states that the legs and internal components are broken and beyond repair.

I strongly feel this has been handled unfairly and that the report does not reflect what was actually discussed during the inspection.

I would not recommend this company based on both product quality and after-sales service.

Great sofa until you have a problem, then it’s all your fault, not the fact they miss sold the item on their website.

I would save your money for something more well built.

my sofa came today while I was at work, my friend let the delivery guys in. they set it all up for me. it's absolutely lovely! the colour is beautiful, it fits perfectly and I'm super happy! it is slightly overfilled so feels a little stiff to sit on,but hopefully with time and plenty of sitting on, that will ease. it's just what I wanted, I love it!

update 2 weeks after: it's settled down now with the filling, it feels much more comfortable, I absolutely love it. The kids love watching a film all together at night, it's great for fitting 4 of us on, can squish more in too if we have guests.

We’re very happy with our choice with Honeypot. We first came across the brand through an Instagram ad and, although we were initially dubious, we decided to give it a try after reading the Trustpilot reviews. The process was straightforward and quick — within two weeks, our sofa was delivered and assembled. The team was very helpful and responsive, sharing real-life photos to help us decide. Overall, we’re happy with our purchase and would recommend it. Good value for money.

Where do I start. I ordered 2 sofas and everything was fine easy I was happy delivery was on the way. Then the problems started. They use a external company to deliver. They turn up bring in the sofas and because there too lazy to lift them like any normal person they drag them into place and tear up the floor that has only been down a few days
My wife questions this as she had seen what has happened whilst the driver I believe he was called Jacek tries to hide what happened. She points it out to him and he says oh you must have done that before she said its new flooring then he says oh yeah it happens sometimes and get some glue and stick it down. The lack of respect for someone else's property was appalling but then to laugh and take the hickey out of my wife is unforgivable. What a arrogant rude little man makes me wonder if he talks to all women like that or was he having a bad day and just taking out on my wife.
Anyway I reported this to honeypot and they said nothing we can do there a external company we are surprised as they have many good reviews... not today they haven't.
So all in all I have ripped flooring and no one takes any responsibility for it just tough luck mate deal with it and Mr arrogant just gets on his merry way without a care in the world knowing he can do what he wants to your property laugh at you talk to you like a piece of s#£t and nothing will be said. In fact it will be our fault Honeypot furniture are a shameful disgraceful company avoid avoid avoid

I was never able to find a sofa that catered for all my sofa needs and finally found Honeypot! I was able choose the fabric colour and filling to suit what i needed. I was also able to have the sofa i want in the space I want being able to have it made to the exact size. Customer service is great and communication was good. Highly recommend honeypot if you can't find what you are looking and need something so super comfy and bespoke. Thank you Honeypot.
