9 months and counting waiting for a repair!
Bad experience turned around by a great customer service manager.
Beautiful sofa exactly as shown in pictures, apart from when mine was taken out of the cellophane it was slit with a Stanley knife by the fitters/drivers! Now I understand mistakes happen, and that’s fine when the issue is resolved however I’m now 9 months into paying this financed sofa off with an unsightly slit in the sofa arm!
I approached the company straight away as soon as I noticed it and they were extremely helpful at giving me false promises. I have emails dating back to August last year, again in March, again in April and finally today.
I am less than unhappy at this moment in time. I had been told almost 2 months ago it would take 4/6 weeks for the parts required to fix the sofa to be delivered and since I’ve heard nothing so here I am.
Anywhere else would replace the sofa given the damage was made by the company themselves!
If you order from Honeypot and have no issues then that’s wonderful but if you do be prepared to be pulled from pillar to post as I have been.
EDIT as of June
I have had a further sofa delivered as a replacement and that was faulty the buttons missing off the arm - this was exchanged within the week and £49 delivery fee reimbursed. When your issues fall in the right hands they can be resolved. Robyn was absolutely fantastic from the first communication to the last ensuring I received a replacement, she took ownership on behalf of the team where they fell short in their customer service. So thank you Robyn, for resolving this long standing problem.

Great to have the item as advertised. Tried twice through Amazon from other sellers and what was sent was not a proper Verona settee. Needed this corner sofa to match other Verona furniture in the room. Honeypot is a genuine furniture company that I would now only go to in the future.

Sofa Sagged Within a Year – Poor Quality and Support

I purchased the Harper 3-seater sofa in April 2024 along with the full matching suite (4-seater, armchair, and pouffe). Despite being used far less than the other pieces, the 3-seater developed a pronounced sag in the middle within a year, making it uncomfortable and visibly misshapen.
I contacted Honeypot Furniture before the 12-month mark, provided detailed photo and video evidence, and cooperated fully with their third-party inspection process. Despite this, they refused to offer any form of resolution, claiming it was not a manufacturing fault.
What’s more concerning is that I later discovered another customer had reported the exact same issue with the same Harper sofa — they too provided evidence and were told it wasn’t purchased from the seller, which is now troubling given my identical experience.
I’m now pursuing a chargeback through my bank. For a £499 sofa, I expected far better durability and aftercare. Extremely disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this product or retailer.

As outlined in our Terms and Conditions and Warranty Policy (available on our website), all of our products come with a 12-month manufacturing guarantee which covers defects arising from faults in materials or workmanship under normal domestic use.
As part of our commitment to impartiality, we work with independent, professionally qualified third-party inspectors to assess reported concerns. In your case, a technician from such a company conducted a detailed inspection of your sofa and provided a comprehensive report. The findings from this inspection confirmed that the issue did not result from a manufacturing defect, and as such, fell outside the scope of the manufacturing warranty.
Please know that our decision was based solely on the professional findings of this independent assessment. We understand that this may not have been the outcome you were hoping for, but we must adhere to the warranty terms and follow objective expert recommendations to ensure fairness and consistency across all claims.
