I paid £800 for a sofa and an additional £40 to have it carried to my flat. Despite this, the delivery team refused to unpack the sofa when I asked, which made it impossible to properly check the condition at the time.
After unpacking it myself, I discovered a serious crack in the structure. The sofa was clearly damaged upon delivery.
The company offered only a £30 discount, which is completely unacceptable for such significant damage. They are also expecting me to arrange packaging and prepare the sofa for collection at my own expense, which is not reasonable.
I paid extra for delivery service, yet received a damaged product and no proper support. Communication has been slow and unhelpful.
I am still waiting for the company to collect the sofa from my home and provide a full refund, including the £40 I paid.
Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company.

We ordered a sofa three weeks ago. I kindly included a note in the additional information asking them to check the entire sofa for any damage and to make sure everything was complete, because I know it’s shipped from Poland and mistakes happen at this company.

And what happened? The sofa arrived without the legs. I’ve already been waiting over three extra weeks, longer than I waited for the sofa itself, and the lady from the company replied:

“According to the information provided in the terms and conditions, the complaint processing time is up to 35 working days. Once the items are sent to you, we will inform you of the delivery date.”

It’s a tragedy, in the 21st century we’re propping it up with books just to sleep, and after three weeks we still don’t know when the parts will be sent from Poland.

Don’t bother and save yourself the trouble, order somewhere else!

Zakup sofy Milano Premium w tym sklepie to była świetna decyzja. Sofa jest bardzo solidnie wykonana, a jej kolor w pełni odpowiada zdjęciom zamieszczonym na stronie, co było dla mnie bardzo ważne. Montaż okazał się szybki i bezproblemowy. Na duży plus zasługuje również obsługa klienta - sprawna, profesjonalna i bardzo kontaktowa. Cały proces przebiegł bez żadnych komplikacji, a dostawa była szybka i terminowa. Dodatkowo kierowca okazał się bardzo pomocny, co jeszcze bardziej poprawiło moje wrażenia z zakupu. Zdecydowanie polecam ten sklep!

Please avoid this company and please don't buy sofa bed & furniture, bought £1.600 sofa bed and started falling apart in few weeks, we called and explained them how bad sofa is and making us unhappy seeing it everyday like it and can't even use the sofa properly as it's so bad they said they will get back to us, ignoring mails and we had to chase them 3/4 times and eventually they replied and said factory confirm nothing wrong with the sofa ! ,side compartment wouldn't open and close properly, side arm rest came apart, saggy sponge without any sort of support,once you sat on sofa you can't get up again as it's sinking and many other issues , sent them large videos and pictures that proving showing how bad sofa is but they just told us everything ok with it, I told them I will contact my bank and get refund from the bank and complain to Furniture Ombudsman ,after this apparently as a good will gesture they offering us £50 ,they think they can keep your mouth shut with £50 ,they think you complain because you need bit pocket money to be happy,, absolutely pi..s takers, they don't even care or listen what you are saying,they think they can just offer you pocket money and make you happy and carry on keeping terribly built sofa bed with many faults,please stay away from this people, they do not help or care about you once you bought the item, stay away and buy from trusted retailers or direct from Amazon eBay etc so you are protected

I bought from this store for the first and last time. I ordered a sofa bed in July and it arrived in September. Not even a year has passed, yet it looks like I’ve had it for several years. Within half a year it wore out so badly that the threads started coming apart where you sit, and you can feel it sagging, even though it has barely been used. The sofa bed is TALIA, colour CREMONA95. I paid £960 and the quality is zero — very poor quality. I’m extremely disappointed. Before buying, I read the reviews and there were people with similar feedback, but I took the risk because I thought everything would be fine. Unfortunately, it turned out that now I’m the one writing a review — and definitely not a good one. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Sofa po wniesieniu do mieszkania i rozpakowaniu okazała się uszkodzona. Materiał na środku siedziska jest wytarty. Od razu to zgłosiłem i załączyłem zdjęcia a Ci oszuści z Furnipola wmawiają mi że sam sobie to zrobiłem podczas wnoszenia przez drzwi i nie uznali reklamacji.
Obsługa klienta po sprzedaży jest lekceważąca. Brak profesjonalizmu i odpowiedzialności za towar.
Byle kasa się zgadzała.
PRZESTRZEGAM WSZYSTKICH !!!
