From ordering to delivery communication has been fantastic. The sofa was delivered perfectly wrapped and packaged and the delivery drivers instructions of assembly was precise down to the size of spanner needed .
Assembly was straight forward and structure is solid

I wish there was ZERO star option!
I’m deeply disappointed and frustrated with Sofanatic company (which also sells from Amazon platform) and want to share my experience to help others avoid the same situation.

After waiting over 4 weeks for a sofa I ordered, I was informed last-minute that they won’t be delivering my order—just like that. Instead of fulfilling their commitment, they simply sent a refund and said that they had my suba but as there was no other sofas sold in my area, they could not deliver it!!! Just like that 😳

This wasn’t just a delay—it was a complete waste of time, with false promises, poor customer service, and no respect for me as a paying customer. I arranged my home around this purchase, and now I’m left without the product I waited for and trusted them to deliver, as advertised.

If you’re thinking about buying from @sofanatic_uk, think twice. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.

We, as customers, deserve better than this.

I purchased the Oston sofa on the companies website with the assistance of this lovely gentleman on their What’s App who not only helped me with my purchase but kept me well informed every step of the way.

Since my Sofa was custom made it took 4 weeks to arrive which is expected. I was accurately informed when it would arrive and then their AWESOME delivery driver arrived. I cannot praise that man enough he arrived at my address with my new couch and showed me how to put it up. He was so great and he had a sense of humour! I would buy another sofa immediately just for their awesome delivery driver.

Anyways when it was set up I almost cried, it was better than the picture and it was everything I could have asked for.

The sofa ordered was even better than in the photos, good customer service and delivery impecable.

I am so pleased with my sofa-bed! Really sturdy, comfortable and it's a great size too! I went for the OSAKA U-Shape’ sofa bed in Chill Me Mustard Gold. The fabric is amazing - really soft, beautiful colour but mostly, really durable and washable (especially with a toddler running around and spilling things on it). I would
highly recommend paying a bit extra for the Chill Me fabric range if you have children or pets. I want to thank Darius and the team for delivering and installing it. Very happy with our sofa-bed!

Callum was very polite and professional, delivered and built in no time, thank you.

My sofa broke within 2 weeks. I waited 2.5 months for the replacement part to be sent (they originally told me feb, then start of march it was delivered end march). The colour is different, brackets different and feet different so it cannot be used. Ive complained asking for a refund and theyre not achknowowleging it and are telling me to change the feet. Im reporting this to trading standards and citizens advice

Bought a sofa and it came damaged. Reported to the seller immediately but was asked to wait until Christmas orders were fulfilled and was promised a replacement once their peak was over. Tried contacting many times after that and the seller is ignoring all my messages. Have all the proofs so will raise a formal complaint against them.

Darius was very kind he saw that it was only me and my mum living here and decided to help us put it up great service 10/10

We ordered the Sofa last Saturday! They said a delivery time of 6-8 weeks and delivered today. They did an amazing job. It arrived a week later. Sturdy, comfortable and healthy on the back.

Callum, our delivery driver was charged with the delivery and did an amazing job after an extremely hard day of work and driving. The delivery and service was excellent. Absolutely top notch. He was very polite and safe. I highly recommend the company and the service and the quality of the product that Callum provided. Thank you

You have to wait a bit for delivery but it's worth it, great sofa, decent material, large storage compartment.

Sofa itself very comfortable, however cushions are looking awfully, we paid £800 so was expecting good quality sofa, I would suggest for potential clients to ask for real pictures first before order anything. Or better to avoid this company as according to the policy they don’t accept return. I tried to call them and you know ? They blocked my number, that is suspicious.

This is a big, lovely, comfortable sofa and has loads of storage space and also turns to a sofa bed. The seller’s communication is excellent and quick delivery.
