Pathetic services..
No response from customer care calls.. even after attending calls no proper feedback.. delivery boy will call at 10:30pm asking to collect shipment.. strange

This has been a terrible experience with this courier company. They claimed next-day delivery when dispatching my parcel, but it's now been 11 days and my recipient is still waiting.

There is absolutely no customer support—no one responds or seems to care about resolving the issue.

It is the worst ever
I have ordered from UAE and the i have paid import fees and delivery charges on the website , so nothing more to pay
When my order arrived here in kuwait they asked me to pay extra charges equal triple the delivery i have already paid on the website .

samsa is worst shipping all over the world they choose the most unprofessional workers and they make them work for them to make people suffer

Mr. Srikanth pothuganti has did a great job as he is so polite and delivered my shipment very fast. As well he deserves a reward due to his professional work and treatment.

Very poor I put 1 star my package already 9days jeddah to riyadh they say 2-3days only sorting facility problem delivery problem and the customer service it’s so very hard to contact change your staff

Extremely disappointed with SMSA’s so-called “express” delivery service. We specifically chose and paid for express shipping to receive our parcel as soon as possible, yet it has been three days, and there is still no sign of it. What’s even worse is the complete lack of updates or proper communication regarding the delay. If express delivery takes this long, what’s the point of paying extra? This is highly unprofessional and misleading. If you can’t deliver on time, don’t advertise it as express!! A terrible experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone!!!

I don't even know why people use this service, one of the worst courier service in the world. Every single time its a hassle with them. This time he calls me and threatens to just leave the package somewhere by the elevator if I didn't come outside to get it. They're just rude and incompetent.

I wouldn’t give even 1 star to this company. Before they used to be decent. Now is all gone down. They came to deliver the package and they said they accept only cash. That’s not true as I have used their service many times and I have the bank statement proving that I was using the POS with them. They even lied to the seller that I refused to pay. Not true as well. I requested them to come with a POS to complete the payment as in UAE is rare to use cash. One of their staff promised to send another delivery guy to process the payment and never happened. I have 3 days running after them to deliver my package and they don’t deliver it. Every day I have to deal in a call with different staff of them, repeating the same things over and over again. Some of them rude as well. Avoid this company as much as you can. I have reported them already in Dubai Customer Rights entities as well.

worst possible delivery company in UAE. They charged me an admin fee on VAT for an item that does not incur VAT and they would not deliver until I paid. They just made up this admin fee. The shipping was already paid in full. For info, the item cost 8 dirhams, I already paid 20 dirhams of shipping costs and SMSA invented an extra 12 dirhams admin fee. Outrageous

Stupid transport company, lazy people lazy work.
They have put my Noon order on for hold more than 5 days, creating undue delays. They delay in custom clearance.

شركة لاتحترم عملائها و متكبرين و مغرورين الى اقصى حدود
في المرة القادمة اذا كانت وسيلة الشحن سمسا سوف الغي الطلب

SMSA DELIVERY REPRESENTATIVES ARE ALL LIARS! I HAD TO RETURNED MY ORDER COZ I NEVER RECIEVED IT THEY LIED THAT THEY ATTEMPTED TO DELIVER BUT THEY DIDN'T REALLY DELIVER IT! AND FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO REPORT THE SMSA EXPRESS EMAIL TRANSPORT GENERAL AUTHORITY

Horrible customer service and follow up procedure, they don't answer emails and calls for a week and when they do, they give you the wrong information without even apologizing and act high and mighty.

ABSOLUTE TRASH SHIPPING COMPANY!

أسوأ معاملة توصيل مع التتبع . لماذا تطلب من العميل مبلغ للتبع والاسوا تلفون الجوال مقفل دائما .
وانبه اي احد التعامل معكم.
