The worst courier ever. Delays and poor communication. If possible I would rate as zero. I have been awaiting for two days and every day a new excuse. Avoid by all means.

Horrible. They have my national address from the national id delivery service, yet, they still ask for location on their portal. Then after putting the adress there, they call or Whatsapp (very unprofessional) to ask for the location! They never actually come.

And the delivery was delayed for 1 whole month after arrival at Qatar. Extremely disappointed, never faced a worse company in my entire life.
Company consistantly lies on shipment status…Slow delivery
Company consistantly lies on shipment status, for instance when they can't deliver on time - normally because driver can't find address they'll update status as "Customer has requested a delivery appointment for the package. Package will now be delivered in the requested time slot." Which is a lie, as I never requested any such thing. They are always slow, hard to receive items and Amazon should not use them as a fulfillment company.

This delivery company I think doesn’t even know their job. Unlike the other companies like J&T and iMile. This is the worst delivery company I’ve ever known. Like you already share your location to them but they still wants you to come to their office when you already selected to deliver the item to your home. It’s gross and disappointing.

Unfortunately, the company does not keep its promises. I was initially told that delivery would take a maximum of 5 business days, but this was not met. Then I was promised delivery on Thursday, which was later delayed to Friday. Continuous delays and a lack of reliability in their commitments.
Terrible service
Terrible service. Drivers, not the company, are the ones who control the deliveries. I shipped a phone from Riyadh to Madina. It took the shipment 2 days in the sorting center and has been for 5 days aftewards, still in the status "out for delivery" in Madina. How big is Madina? The drivers passed my shipment from one to another and never delivered it. The customer service said " what do you want us to do? Your package is with the driver". 5 days and counting, the shipment is still with unknown drivers and cannot be tracked by customer service! Extremely stressful experience.

تجربة سيئة جداً. الشحنة تم تسجيل خروجها ولم تصلني، وانتظرت ساعات طويلة دون أي تحديث. المندوب يطلب الانتظار ثم لا يأتي، ولا يوجد أي رد على الاتصالات. خدمة سيئة للغاية ولا أنصح بالتعامل معهم أبداً.
Very bad experience. My shipment was marked as dispatched but never arrived, and I waited for hours with no updates. The courier asked me to wait, didn’t show up, and no one answered my calls. Extremely poor service and I do not recommend dealing with them at all.

The worst company you could ever deal with. Their service is terrible, staff are rude and make basic, strange mistakes. Shipments get delayed for no reason, and they have no credibility with customers. Customer service is extremely bad. Zero out of ten. A very frustrating and unacceptable experience. I had very very bad experience with SMSA Riyadh. As per the information in their tracking website, my parcel already arrived in Riyadh and today is 3rd day but still they did not deliver it till now. When contacted the customer support they only say we will deliver it today. When contacted the delivery boy kept saying I will deliver it today and made me wait whole full day from morning till midnight but did not turn up. To make things even worse they falsely updated the tracking website "Customer rescheduled the delivery time", which I never did.
