We were very pleased with our TV order from Smart Appliances UK. Delivery drivers were punctual and very professional, too. They bought the TV in, unboxed, and made sure it was all workinga and perfect condition. Would definitely order with them again!

Made an offer for the TV which was accepted. There was an issue getting the tv but this was sorted which is what a decent seller is all about and the tv shipped to me by a very good courier who tested the tv was working before leaving

Excellent communication. In touch pretty much as soon as order had been confirmed. Personally contacted regarding delivery, courier also called ahead to make sure delivery wasn't missed. Delivered into the house and tested the screen. No 'drop and go'.

Answered query post delivery very quickly also.

I bought a TV. It arrived safely and quickly, the courier unpacked and inspected it, the TV is excellent, communication was reliably excellent and prompt.

Website holds all the latest models , the price was the most competitive on the market I could find . Independent company which is always good to find. Delivery service was great aloud me to alter the initial delivery date and although it wasn’t the quickest , the delivery was on time , drivers unpackaged the TV , switched it on to ensure working.
Unfortunately they don’t assemble to the stand and there were no instructions provided so had to google.

Great company, very fast communication and always ready to answer questions. Product I ordered is just what I needed and will be placing an order for another.

I bought a LG G5 55inch off this company because they are a family firm and there prices were the cheapest by far ,ordered it and it was delivered in 4 days and on time,the courier unpacked it and assembled it to its stand and switched it on and set it up, brilliant picture and bright in the daylight also courier took away the packaging all in all a good experience would use again, Michael

I got the TV a really good price when comparing online. They are a family business and very friendly. The TV came in two days, it was set up and the package was taken away first class service. I definitely will be buying my next TV from these guys 10/10
