Purchase of 50” Samsung tv
Checked out all the major retailers for the cost of a 50” Samsung TV, Electronics Warehouse was £100 cheaper than the rest. The Tv was in perfect condition when it arrived and we are delighted with it.

It is so disappointing and frustrating
It is so disappointing. I bought a 75 inches samsung TV stated as grade A. TV was switched on the same day it was delivered. Screen was flickering and quickly disappearing.
The problem has been reported, but I have been advised to send a video, which might take me some time as the flickering is so quick and more over I am very busy with work
I think the idea of asking to send a video is to buy time until one month expires. I will try my best to capture the momentary flickering.

Samsung Soundbar.. Scratched?
Definitely not rated “A” quality wise, purchased a Samsung sound bar and sub from them and came with minor scratches over casing.. either way, at the price I paid, around half of the retail value, I’m still well pleased with the purchase.

I ordered two Samsung wall brackets for new TVs after checking a few retailers. The parts were genuine and noticeably cheaper than buying from Samsung, and they arrived in two days. Ordering on the website was straightforward and the brackets were well packaged.

Late with delivery
The ordering from the website was all good, the only complaint was the delivery which was very late, with the usual excuses of van not starting in the morning and traffic.

65" Samsung OLED TV Excellent price
Purchased a 65" Samsung OLED TV from The Electronics Warehouse because the price was £400 cheaper than anywhere else. Received a confirmation email immediately, but then didn't hear from the delivery company after 6 days, so sent an email to The Electronics Warehouse. Had a very prompt reply, then from the delivery company. TV was delivered 2 days later in perfect condition, excellent service and would highly recommend.

I'm sorry that your TV has developed a problem. We have been trying to arrange for our courier to collect the TV from you but have had to wait for suitable packaging (we do request that customers keep the TV box in case it has to be returned to us for whatever reason). The courier has been in touch with you to arrange a collection date but these have so far been declined.
We are continuing to work with you and the courier to get your TV back to us so that we can inspect it under your warranty.
