Product great and service excellent

Absolutely disgusted with the service and response to the following email I have included. Reliant said sorry and offered the £10 refund.

When I ordered on behalf of my 83 year old dad for a fridge/freezer he deliberately paid the £10 package removal so that he could check for any damages while the delivery men were there and get them to put his new appliance back where his old appliance was in the kitchen. You stated you would call the night before delivery, but he only got a call half hour before they arrived. So my dad had to rush about to empty his freezer.

He has a disabled arm, recovering from a stroke and on statins.

Your 2 delivery men turned up and refused to take the packaging and my dad explained he had paid for the service and so one of the men then phoned his boss to get confirmation.

While the 2 men were loading up his old freezer and Packaging, my dad awaited their return and then realised they had driven off leaving his new fridge/freezer in the middle of the kitchen.

He had to physically move it himself and whilst doing so, injuring his good arm.

Just cannot believe how your delivery men thought their service was acceptable, I am so disgusted how they treated my dad

Washing machine is easy to use only had a couple of days so not used all the programs yet.But everyone I've used upto now has been good

Absolutely amazing service , there was a delay in delivery by a few days but they were quick to get it delivered 2 days later. Delivery drivers were amazing they were kind and thoughtful and had smiles on there faces . Definitely would recommend this company to everyone .

arrived in the specified time, and delivered into the house by 2 very pleasant couriers.
The price was very good, i had checked both Reliant and Amazon, with Reliant being the best by over £100.
I personally have yet to use it but my son thinks it is amazing, he has used it [ i was admitted to hospital shortly after delivery] the 12kg drum suits the family [8 of us] thank you, the firm even completes the warranty for the buyer.

Everything happened according to instructions given by reliant.The phone call the delivery the useful delivery lads .excellent in all

This is my first time of ordering from or hearing about Reliant, I wasn't sure if I should go ahead with my order or not but, I am glad I did cos my order came when I needed it.
