The TV arrived within a couple of days of order and the delivery person unpacked it and checked it was blemish free and working to my satisfaction before leaving and kindly taking the packing with him. I have no hesitation in recommending Smart Appliances and they will be my first port of call the next time we are buying a new appliance.

I purchased a Samsung one connect cable which is working very well and fits my TV. I found using the website very easy and I used their live chat function beforehand to check the product would be suitable for me, they responded very quickly and were really helpful. Searching for a Samsung glass cable, came across Smart Appliances and made contact with them. They quickly responded, ordering was simple and delivery was quick. Product was original Samsung and worked beautiful. Very pleased with the overall experience and will definitely use them again.

I ordered a TV advertised as brand new, but it arrived in a resealed box with missing packaging, a worn remote control, and missing documentation. After raising a complaint, the company admitted that they open and reseal all TVs before dispatch and had accidentally put the wrong accessories pack into my box.

While they sent replacement accessories, they refused to acknowledge that receiving a resealed product with incorrect accessories falls below the standard most customers would expect when buying a new TV.

The entire experience left me questioning the condition and handling of the product. If you are expecting a factory-sealed, untouched TV when purchasing a "new" item, be aware that this may not be what you receive.

I was also surprised to find a tamper-proof security sticker applied to the back of the TV, partially covering the manufacturer's label. Although the company explained that all TVs are opened, security marked, and resealed before dispatch, this was not something I expected when purchasing a product advertised as new.

Helpful and good communication throughout the sales and delivery process. The TV was carefully unpackaged by the delivery guys and turned on to enable us to confirm all ok. The TV itself is great.

The order process was simple and straightforward. The TV arrived within the timeframe provided and was checked by the delivery team. The price was very competitive when compared with others.

Fantastic price and service. We saved £750 compared to the same product in Curry’s. Ordered Monday bank holiday and delivered on the Friday. Just wish they did more electrical!! Would definitely recommend

Purchased a TV advertised and sold as new. Upon finally setting it up properly after moving house and connecting it to WiFi for the first time, multiple apps including , , and were already logged into the same previous user’s accounts, with personal profiles/photos still present on the TV.

I raised this with the retailer and initially a replacement was agreed in writing, but the position later changed to a £50 partial refund and requests for the TV to be returned for “verification”.

To be fair, communication became very responsive once the matter was escalated. However, based on my experience, I would strongly advise buyers to fully check and set up any TV immediately on delivery rather than assuming it is unused simply because it appears sealed externally.

The matter is now being handled formally via my bank under goods not as described.

There reply below is a lie, absolute con men. Read the reviews they speak for themselves...

I was able to swap the TV stand for a wall bracket.
