3rd SmaFan, first with light kit
This is my 3rd SmaFan so it's easy tell I have been having positive experiences with the company and their products. We now have 3 icebreaker models inside our house, but this is the first one with a light kit that I will hang. The other two I have in the house are just fans and lighting in room is recessed. All the fans run so quiet yet produce a ton of smooth air flow. Some of the modes like the natural breeze is great but it's kind of an unexpected gust that will take out your loose papers.

The product was delivered on time
The product was delivered on time. I liked the minimal packaging material. It was easy to install. I've installed it within my lanai. My last fan (not this product) got damaged by a storm. Just waiting to see how this product handles the gusty summer storms we get.

The fan is beautiful

Smafan Experience
So far my experience with Smafan is A+(5Star). Product delivery was 3-5 days as advertised. Installation was quick and easy, installation guaide was great. I love the variable/infinite speed fan and LED light . This 3 blade fan moves more air than the 5 blade Hunter fan it replaced. The Hunter fan still worked, however it was showing its age (20 years). Hope this Smafan lasts as long. I like the remote control. I'M thinking about hooking it to my WiFi to control it. An Android or smartphone App would be ideal.

Dream home
We are building our dream home and had ordered a ceiling fan through Amazon but we needed a longer Downrod so we contacted your company and immediately we were able to get what we needed. But what made it an exceptional experience was that I had sent a picture of the fan we ordered and I place the wrong order for the Downrod and we received an email telling about our error and they helped us correct the order. We had what we needed within a couple of days!! Very happy customer with the service and not to mention that we love our new ceiling fan in our office!! Thank you.

I paid $42 for 3 day select shipping. It took 8 days including a weekend and holiday to receive my fan. I contacted smafan. They apologized for the delay and refunded my $42. The fan installs easily and works great and I am very satisfied with smafan’s response to my shipping issue.

I received a very fair price
I received a very fair price, open box, and through no fault of their own, FedEx lost it as it arrived to my town. But Hugo and their customer service stayed on top of it and followed it back out found me another open box fan and made it work out.

After installing the fan I was unable…
After installing the fan I was unable to get it to connect to the app or alexa. I reached out to smafan.com and they sent me an updated circuit board. Had to install it myself with no instructions but it was pretty simple. Basic tear down and plug in new board. Now everything's working great.

I ordered 7 fans in total and out 7 2 fans came with broken light and one fan making noise. Paid unnecessary visit charges to my electrician. Lights of the fan by default turns on if the fan is installed on one switch. There is no setting to make lights off by default with one switch.

6 ceiling fans - repeat customer
I ordered 6 smart ceiling fans from smafan.com in 5 separate orders and completely upgraded all the fans in my home to smart DC fans. My positive experience and great prices and customer service of the company made me a repeat customer and I have been very happy with smafan and their customer service. Fans are very quiet as they are using DC motors. I can control fans from a single app from my phone that is easy to use. You still have remote controllers as well but the app makes it a lot easier to use. It is great to control the yellow and white color for the lamp from the app so that you can dim it and also adjust the contrast easily. I occasionally get WiFi signal weak warning but so far I did not have an issue with this. Installation: I installed 5 of the 6 fans myself. Overall I say it is quite straightforward.
