Received my blinds without the rotation…
Received my blinds without the rotation wand. The wand was sent out after I contacted them. I also had an issue with the side valance which was also corrected for me. Love the blinds, quality goods and fantastic customer service

Great experience
Great experience. Sale prices were good, and the blinds arrived sooner than expected. The blinds were sized perfectly, and my only negative comment would be that the screws that were provided with the blinds for installation were substandard quality, and we had to use different screws. I will definitely be doing more business with Blindster!

Words can’t describe the 2 month and 2…
Words can’t describe the 2 month and 2 remake process to purchase $200in blinds that don’t fit and I could have got at Walmart for $20. Ultimately they blamed me (I’m a contractor) and wouldn’t correct their mistakes so in the trash they go

The blinds are great and the customer service is fabulous. I did make a mistake with one of my 3 blinds (despite the process being pretty straight forward) and they sent a corrected version, just for the cost of shipping. A thank you to Crislyn for being so patient and helpful.

Absolutely love these blinds
Absolutely love these blinds! They look great all across the front of my house and will hopefully keep my house cooler this summer!

For cleaning, we recommend wiping the head rail and bottom rail regularly with a damp sponge to remove any dirt and dust. For the shade fabric, a feather duster or a vacuum with a soft brush attachment works best to keep them looking as pristine as the day you bought them—without causing any damage. I bought a large blind (96") and…
I bought a large blind (96") and accidentally dropped it while taking it out of the carton. This caused 8 slats to break. I called Blindster hoping to get replacement slats and they replaced the entire blind. Customer service went well beyond what was probably reasonable to make sure I was happy. Replacement blind is installed and looks great.

I have a few of these top down bottom…
I have a few of these top down bottom up blinds, and like them. I don't mess with many of them, they're just usually closed. I have had to replace a couple due to bottom up not going more than a quarter up. The last one had a string break.
I've noticed the mechanism inside has changed so I hope that whatever changes have been made will solve both issues I've had.
