Great looking fan and was well packaged.
Fan was well packaged and easy to assemble by the included instructions. It works great being controlled by the remote and the LED light adds to it.

Defective Fan
I spent a lot of money trying to troubleshoot 1/2 fans that was defective. I requested partial refund which is still pending. Otherwise…beautiful fans.

Please kindly note that, as outlined in our warranty policy, we’re unfortunately unable to credit installation fees, including costs related to hiring an electrician for uninstalling or reinstalling the fans. Our warranty strictly covers replacement parts and/or exchanges for a brand new ceiling fan if the product is found to be defective.
The replacement motor is in transit now, hope it can help solve your problem.

Bought two Carro smartfans, remote control on one did not work, called CS and received a replacement remote within five days. Excellent service!

excellent value, but safety cable isn't accounted for
excellent value and easy enough to put together, but missing some hardware to do so:
there's no threaded hole to attach the safety cable from the fan - also, the included screw for the safety cable is too short to attach to the fan when assembled.. i had to use some screws i had on hand from other projects to properly attach the safety cable to the assembled fan, then used the included screw to attach it to the threaded holes for the housing - definitely not ideal, as the housing doesn't sit flush with the ceiling, but there's no other place to attach the safety cable to the ceiling bracket.. however, these fans are an excellent value overall and they look great in my home while keeping it cool

The fan arrived and the glass globe was broken. I took a picture and sent an email with my info and received a reply a few hours later and replacement globe was sent right out. Didn't have to go through any annoying hoops that seems to be the process within a type of request these days. For that alone I give it 5 stars, however it is also a nice fan.

Looks nice, not enough power, don't like the remote. had to buy extra long screws for the cap. transformer was very tight fit. when you have a 9' 4" ceiling everything must be easy and fit good, your fan does not fit that bill

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AUGUMENTATIVE.
1st review:
I called to place a order for 7 fans. The male individual acted as if I was nuisance and was irritated with my questions. He provided misleading information indicating he would call me right back after I placed the order online. I wanted the call back to ensure on delivery, a signature was required because my deliveries in the past have been going to a similar address in Gilbert, AZ. THE CALLBACK NEVER CAME. And when I call him back he seemed further irritated. Never mentioned a $30 fee for the signature requirement.
In the past I have purchased numerous fans from this company, but will no longer make any further purchases from this company.
I called this company back and got the manager of customer service. This guy was rude and argumentative and was not interested in resolving my issues. I am returning the fans back to this company. I think this is a middle man company as every contact has been with the same individual. The pretend to be a large company but suspect they are not. They give good lip service but the service was HORRIBLE.
Stay Away !!!

I couldn’t be happier with this smart ceiling fan! Installation was straightforward, and it instantly elevated the look of my room. The real magic, though, is in the smart features. I love being able to control the fan speed and light from my phone or with voice commands—super convenient, especially when I’m already in bed or have my hands full.
It runs whisper-quiet and does a fantastic job of circulating air, making the room feel cooler without blasting the AC. The scheduling feature is a bonus—I set it to turn on before I get home from work, and it’s always the perfect temperature.
Highly recommend if you want to upgrade your space with something sleek, modern, and functional!

The fan works well when it finally works.
The fan works well, once it works. We have purchased two of the same fans--a white one about four months ago and a black one this month. Both fans had bad circuit boards that needed to be replaced. Once replaced--and you did a great job with that--the fans worked perfectly. It's just disappointing that the same problem occurred with both fans.

SMAFAN Co Awesome - but Slow Delivery
I would have given a 5 star review but gave only 4 based solely on slow delivery of my order. SMAFAN shipped expeditiously, however, it took about 2 weeks to get. Otherwise, website was great, and made ordering easy. I was very nervous because my ordered items were extremely fragile - four crystal light bulbs. EXCELLENT packaging by SMAFAN, so they arrived in perfect condition! So happy that SMAFAN had them in stock, as two other companies were completely sold out! Beautiful!

First, the product you purchased was clearly marked as a pre-sale item on our product page, and we also sent you an email notification regarding this. You responded to the email confirming that you were willing to wait for the pre-order. We sincerely apologize if you feel that the delay was intentional.
Second, when you inquired about the downrod, we informed you that the fan comes with a standard 6” downrod. You later requested an additional extension rod as compensation for the shipping delay. While we understand your frustration, we did clarify that additional downrods need to be purchased separately from our store. If this came across as impolite or as not honoring a promise, we truly regret any misunderstanding.
