Awesome product and company
I am thrilled with my purchase. I looked for a very long time to find a fan that met my requirements. These exceeded them! I purchased 4 fans and just installed them yesterday. Very high quality: whisper quiet, lots of various modes, and they look amazing. Customer service is very professional and friendly. Would definitely buy from this company again.

Contacted service and there was no real option/solutions given other then sending fan back which meant we had to pay restock and return shipping. Better off using Amazon.

Regarding the shipping time, we shipped your order on the first business day after it was placed. Unfortunately, transit times are handled by the carrier, and delays can occasionally occur due to exceptions within their network. We understand how frustrating that can be and appreciate your patience.
As for the installation, our product page specifies that the included wall control is designed for single pole wiring. We also provided installation instructions by email to help clarify the setup requirements. We hope that information was helpful in determining compatibility with your existing three way switch configuration.

Great little fans
I was looking for a quiet ceiling fan that had the ability to change the color temp of the bulb. These look great and function well.

I had the fan for a couple years all…
I had the fan for a couple years all over the sudden stopped working. I called Tech Support and the lady on the phone was super helpful. She walked me through the steps and figure it out what was the issue and she helped me to order the part and she gave the good solution price wise super happy device works as promised

Customer service was 5 but remote is 2 and half
Customer service was 5 stars.
Ease of getting ahold of them over the phone was 5 stars.
Only issue and let down is the D/C Fan remotes... they dont match the same quality as your amazing Fans.
The remotes feel super cheap being all plastic and not super responsive when you press the buttons.

Way faster response time for the remote to change settings.

Customer Service Top Notch
I was trying to order a remote for a fan purchased in the last year because the pull chain had broken. Customer service reached out to tell me the remote wouldn’t work with my model but that they would send me a new light kit free of charge to fix the problem. Extremely responsive and professional. Very highly recommend.

Super quiet fan and great customer service
Fan is super quiet and easy to install.
We had an issue with the motor mount missing some threads. I got ahold of the smafan team and Hugo expressed a brand new motor to us the next day.

I ordered a 36” Carro Extended Downrod…
I ordered a 36” Carro Extended Downrod for a ceiling fan I purchased on Amazon and didn’t read the description that the rod didn’t come with an extension wiring. This was my mistake as it was clear in the description. I emailed customer service and Hugo Ho responded the next day asking me for a specific model for my fan so he could include the cable at no extra charge. The downrod with extension wiring and a safety cable was shipped and received by me in just a few days. About two week later I had a chance to install my patio fan without any issues. My thanks and appreciation to Hugo Ho and the team at Smafan.com for their excellent service and follow up emails asking if I had any questions or needed further assistance. I would happily order from Smafan.com when I purchase my next fan or lighting project as they had excellent customer service, great deals, and fast shipping. The trifecta of a great business.

The fan looks great and works perfect
The fan looks great and works perfect. The installation was simple. I've installed several fans, and usually, getting the remote control and all the wires tucked away is a challenge, but the dimensions were very good on this one. Everything fit without a fight. The app for the fan is clean and simple as well. Very easy to adjust the light and fan speed.

Lots of choices
Lots of choices. These are the easiest fans I've ever installed. One person can handle it. I like all the options, including a versatile remote and Alexa voice commands. This is my second fan, and I'll be ordering a third.

Does not allow for hard wiring of switches
I assumed all fans these days allow for you to hardwire in but that was not the case. We had to do some rigging to be able to use switches instead of the remote included. Very odd. Hopefully they hold up.

We’ve already explained in our email that the model you purchased is designed to be controlled by the remote, mobile app, or voice commands. When a wall switch is used with this type of fan, it can only function as a main power on off switch. Full wall control requires the wall switch version of this model, which is available as an option.
