Disappointing
I was not shown the item upon collection, simply handed the bag. Having opened the earrings, they appear different to the web image displayed. Having bought these earring previously, they are not as high quality as before. It’s disappointing, as earrings cannot be returned. If I’d have been shown them, I’d have changed my mind; so likely a chosen approach.

Great experience
Lovely products and well displayed on the website. Very prompt delivery and beautifully packaged. I only ordered online as I had lost a necklace which was bought in the Lewes shop but was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to order online.
