Purchased a stone island jacket on 28th…
Purchased a stone island jacket on 28th February returned it and they received it by 10th march, email all the details about the tracking and my order haven’t heard back from this company or received a refund, had to get hsbc involved to get my money back

Great product , great service , speedy delivery! And product was actually over half the price of what the item was worth. It was from a 2023 summer collection however it was a jacket I was trying to find online for a while! Delighted with it!

1st time customer. Ordered 2 items. Tom took the time out to help me make sure the sizing was right on the overshirt as I was debating. His help made me not only make the purchase, but the item was spot on and perfect. One of the items was not suitable but literally no hassle sorting out a return.
