SCAM!!!! Do not use this service they will sign you up for a non refundable monthly subscription and you will not get the taxi or other service you booked. They lie about offering refunds using a third party loophole so they are not liable for offering the refund. You will not get your money back. You will not get the service you booked.
The loophole: they direct you to a third party to book (you cannot book directly with them) and claim they are not liable for the refund. The satisfaction refund they are claiming they offer is false and deceptive.

Intenté realizar la reserva de un restaurante y automáticamente y no se cómo, se activó una suscripción a Serví- Life. Esto ocurrió en junio y desde entonces y aún cancelando dicha suscripción me han estado cobrando 49€ cada mes. Llevo desde el 14 de julio intentando que me devuelvan los recibos (ya van 3) y aunque supuestamente ellos dicen que se ha tramitado el reembolso es mentira, nunca aparece el dinero en la cuenta y solo me indican que para completar el reembolso necesitan un extracto bancario, cosa que no voy a hacer obviamente. Son unos estafadores y unos sinverguenzas que encima me cortan la llamada cuando ven que no les voy a dar los datos que facilitan. Pienso demandar.

It took hours and 3 reminders for them to confirm our reservation. When it came it turned out to be at the wrong restaurant. To avoid further hassles we called the restaurant ourselves and cancelled. Pretty useless service.
