Marina at customer services was extremely helpful, patient and prompt chasing some issues I had. I had made an error but she was very respectful and went above and beyond. Her customer service revived my confidence in dealing with companies you can't phone and have to have online dealings with. Thank you Marina ! 😊
Delayed, Lost, Lied to and not delivered.
Had to give one star as I couldn't give zero or minus. Due to be delivered Wednesday , still waiting Saturday. No way to contact company just get answered by bots. E mailed to say they attempted delivery Thursday I know for a fact that that is a blatant lie as I was outside on the front at the time. Dreadful company. Use at your own peril.
Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Paid for fast delivery. There was nothing fast about it, was told no one was in the property when they attempted to deliver, complete lie. Tried to contact support and had to deal with a computer assistant rather than a real person!
DHL 48 hour service.
Ordered car parts with 48 hour delivery. Meant to be delivered today, DHL emailed said delays and will be delivered next working day. Is that Saturday or Monday? No access to call centre completely automated response which is unhelpful and does not answer whether Saturday is working day or not. I send a lot off eBay and discog parcels I certainly won't be using DHL ever.
Appalling service, ruined food, and impossible to contact a human!
I am absolutely furious with DHL eCommerce UK. I was expecting a parcel containing perishable food (Tracking: 60120237072135). It was collected on the 16th of March. On the 17th, the tracking completely lost the plot—showing as delayed, then out for delivery, and bizarrely 'delivered', all on the same day. Now, today on the 20th, it suddenly updates to say it's 'at the delivery depot'!
Because of this unacceptable 4-day delay and sheer incompetence, the food is now completely ruined. To make matters worse, I called customer service yesterday. I was promised a callback to explain this mess, which, unsurprisingly, never happened.
What is truly disgraceful is that DHL makes it deliberately impossible to file a formal complaint. There is no complaint form anywhere on their website, and their WhatsApp is just a useless auto-reply bot sending you round in circles. You cannot treat people's property like this and then hide behind automated systems. I expect someone from the escalation team to contact me immediately.

DHL in (gloucester depo) absolutely discusting non service. Next day delivery paid for on RAW dog food, no updates for 2 days then it turns up totally defrosted, blood soaked and leaking through the box ,stinking and just left on doorstep. It clearly says on a big yellow label "this is raw dog food, deliver TODAY" on the package, if they actually had drivers that could READ the English language then maybe this would never have happened. Just discusting. Ive had to stop using my dog food supplier because this is the 3rd time DHL have done this now and my supplier sadly have no other couriers available. There is no way I would ever chose DHL to deliever anything again. It does depend on the areas you are in but if you are in the Gloucester area, avoid DHL at all costs.
Parcel. Where is it?
Parcel due to be delivered to my home yesterday but as no time was given and I could not guarantee to be in I diverted it to a local collection point for delivery today. All seemed to be going well till I received an email late afternoon saying they couldn’t find the delivery point. This is the same point they suggested I use as it is nearest to my home. As a result I still don’t have the parcel and I can only hope I can collect it tomorrow. Wishing I never had to use DHL as they always fail at som point in the delivery process for me.

Staff at Clyst Honiton depot in Exeter were super helpful in every way !!! Even though I should have gone to a DHL ecommerce depot ! I think given how much bad press courier co's get I wanted to say something positive !

We paid extra (£15.99) for priority Saturday delivery, it did not arrive and the message said driver could not access the property. The house is a terraced house two foot from the street, so this is just a lie. I was in all day. No way to challenge or complain as The AI chatbot only accepts questions from a pre populated list and "doesn't understand" the words complaint or complain. Its now the end of Tuesday and they are saying it will be delivered tomorrow.

What a bunch of crooks ..so my parcel was delivered by the driver whilst no one was home yet the app message said that someone in my property signed for it ...so ive whatsapp dhl had one reply asking weather i wish to continue with the chat .I replied yes ....so another 4hrs later still nothing ....dont do business with dhl folkes stay well away from them .red flag is them keeping any contact number away from the general public ..nothing but scum

The courier arrived 30 mins before the start time on the delivery slot I was assigned. Either s/he did not ring the door bell, or I had stepped outside (not expecting a delivery yet) and it has taken me several hours to rearrange the delivery on the dhl website as I kept getting error messages. It was not possible to telephone dhl to discuss this as it was not on the list of options available. This is not the first time dhl has caused problems. This was a delivery from John Lewis, and I've already contacted them to say that I will not order from them again as dhl's poor service reflects on them. I would give minus one stars if it were possible.

Received an email and text this morning 16th March informing me a parcel I was expecting was to be delivered between 08.00 and 20.00. I changed my plans and waited no parcel!. Tried to contact Customer Service and speak to a human being but that proved impossible, best I could do was to send and receive pointless texts. Then at 17.00 received an email telling me the parcel would be now delivered tomorrow 17th. Wasted a day waiting do you really think DHL that people have nothing better to do then wait for a knock on the door which doesn’t come!!!. Customer Service is king some companies can do it others struggle at best!!!.

How is this company still in business? They never seem to deliver when they are supposed to, I order cheese from a company who sadly use this awful delivery service, out of the last 3 orders only 1 has arrived, Appalling service.
Parcel never arrives.
Every day this week I’ve had a text saying my parcel is arriving today, but it never arrives.
This company literally has one function, which is to deliver parcels, and it can’t do that. What’s the point of this business? Why do other companies give them business?
There divers are undependable.
I had two different deliveries the first man I saw him delivery to number 4 next door this the second man from DHL that has come and deliver to another address that doesn’t know the difference from a number 5 from number 4 and today the delivery man is now saying there was no access when I have been looking and waiting no one has come to this address or has pressed my button this has happened twice as well. Ever these people are illiterate and
don’t know number 4 from number 5 or there on some type of substance Or they have A issue with me personally ever way this company is one of worst dependable delivery service I have used, I dread getting a delivery from them as it will be a headache and bad situation. I will now have to reschedule to a service point because of these DHL drivers gods knows how they are training these people.
