Staff at Clyst Honiton depot in Exeter were super helpful in every way !!! Even though I should have gone to a DHL ecommerce depot ! I think given how much bad press courier co's get I wanted to say something positive !
Shockingly slow delivery. In 'we have it' status on 7th Mar and now not estimated to be delivered till 17th !! From midlands to Devon. Small parcel less than 1 KG - what a shower of &&&%%$ !
Efficient renewal with a reasonable quote which made me decide to stay ! Cant give 5 stars as I have never had to claim !! Shame about the free breakdown insurance as I didnt need it due to BMW roadside cover...
Item marked as being out for delivery from local sorting office, and the next day marked as being in an entirely different part of the UK ! Still no delivery ??
Friendly staff in shop, but product (Sunny Sencha Green Tea) tasteless and expensive after numerous attempts of strengthening brews.

Agreed for Motorway to pitch my car to dealers after and extensive set of photos and appraisal from an irritating overseas call centre. Came back after 24H with a very low ball offer from their 'dealers'. How one day is long enough for plenty of dealers to look at the car I dont know, but would not recommend Motorway.

Easy to navigate web-platform and good Android app. BUT -- HL service not as good as it used to be 5 years ago, and pricing structure a bit unfair if you have multiple accounts....

Been with them 3 years now because they are honest, the home cover fits my particular needs and they dont try and bump up costs hoping you will just renew anyway !
A total scam !! I am an electrical engineer and there is no way this nonsense is possible ! Dont waste your money on what is just a plug socket light !
Good fast service but didnt seem to have the chance to enter alteration instructions in the order and as a result my follow up email with the instructions was not acted upon.
