DHL in (gloucester depo) absolutely discusting non service. Next day delivery paid for on RAW dog food, no updates for 2 days then it turns up totally defrosted, blood soaked and leaking through the box ,stinking and just left on doorstep. It clearly says on a big yellow label "this is raw dog food, deliver TODAY" on the package, if they actually had drivers that could READ the English language then maybe this would never have happened. Just discusting. Ive had to stop using my dog food supplier because this is the 3rd time DHL have done this now and my supplier sadly have no other couriers available. There is no way I would ever chose DHL to deliever anything again. It does depend on the areas you are in but if you are in the Gloucester area, avoid DHL at all costs.

Found Country cow a couple of months ago whilst searching online for a specific item and was very happy to see the item in stock with these guys. Ordering on the website was quick and simple, quality item with a price that was competitive and not overpriced (like other places selling the same items) postage was also very fast, and item arrived the next day. What more can you ask for as an artist/crafter? Went back recently to purchase another item and service was as good as it was the first time round. Will definately use again, just brilliant.

Been using Huggies natural wipes daily for YEARS for many different tasks. I KNOW we should all be behind plastic free products but come on. Was there even any effort at all made to keep even the teeniest bit of quality to the product? The jump from best on the market to quite literally THE WORST on the market in one fell swoop is just insane. The new packs are smaller, wipes are ALOT thinner, drier, and you feel like a cheap magician pulling a chain of hankies out his pocket when you try pulling these things out the pack, good luck on trying to get one at a time out! These are nothing more than pound shop/cheap supermarket own brand quality now. The quality is so different and poor compared to the old version they are just useless now. Can't get over how big a drop in quality there is. Sad to see these go but I won't be buying huggies again (not unless they revert to the old ones or up the quality "big time" on these new ones ).

Signed up for the "FREE" months trial.. (very bad move) downloaded a couple of so called freebies but cancelled after just 5 days as it doesnt have anything on there I found worthy of paying a monthly fee for and they INSTANTLY took a full months fee from my bank account the second I cancelled my subscription. How is that a free trial?
Why can't you people just be honest instead of making dirty sneeky moves like that?.. makes me so angry that this kind of thing is allowed.
Just be wary of sites like this that want your payment details BEFORE you get your free trial.. I'll know better next time.. Thanks for (quite literally) nothing!
