Is a full Scame!!! Don't buy becouse you will never see the tikets!!!! I wil post them everywhere

Absolutely shocking!!!!!!!!!!! I’ve reported this site and hopefully I get a full refund from my bank. I brought tickets for tomorrows Chelsea match and I still haven’t received my tickets. Disgusting how you could steal peoples money in this current crisis. I will make sure I tell everyone I know about your site and hopefully I’ll get you closed down. Shameful

i have purchased tickets which says sold from a dubai agent when the event is in london then they delay to give ticket on the day then say they have to downgrade you and refund difference they are bascially ruining peoples time and selling knowing that tickets are not available it will be under investigation. thanks seatnet for ruining everything for us

DO BOT USE THIS COMPANY ABSOLUTE SCUM.
I PAID £7000 FOR CAT 1 SEATS FOR ROLAND GARROS AND WAS GIVEN CAT 2 SEATS FOR 2 SESSIONS WHICH I PAID OVER £1000 MORE FOR EACH TICKET THAN THE CAT 2’s THAT WERE ADVERTISED. THEN £1850 FOR A PAIR OF CAT 1’S AND I WAS SENT 2 SINGLE CAT 2 SEATS IN DIFFERENTS BLOCKS AT 8.45PM THE NIGHT BEFORE. IN TOTAL I AM £7000 OUT OF POCKET. I HAVE RAISED CHARGEBACKS WITH MY BANK. I HAVE SENT 50 EMAILS AND NOT HAD ONE RESPONSE AND SPENT 6 HOURS HOLDING ON THE PHONE FOR NO ANSWER. DO NOT BUY FROMTHIS MUGGY SCAM COMPANY.

The company provided the pricey football tickets... on the day of the match. In the weeks ahead of the match, it did not respond to any emails or calls asking when the tickets would arrive. This caused so much stress including contacting the bank to see if the company was operating a scam, and considering whether to buy another set of tickets from a reputable site, clearly doubling our cost. We set off from London to the North of England the day before the match, not knowing if the expense of travel and hotel was another wasted cost. Unbelievably, the tickets arrived on the day of the match. So whilst we saw the match, the experience was pretty much ruined.

Didn't even purchase a ticket and hadn't even created an account but they rang me which seemed like a shady character before I did anything.I was just looking at handling fees etc on Checkout process so it was very odd. Seems to be a scam so be aware as this shouldn't occur and that they're monitoring you without processing a payment/creating an account. Stay well clear (free advice from someone who works as an Under Writer for reviews of High Risk businesses for a well known payment processor). This has red flags all over!!

THIS COMPANY ARE AN ABSOLUTE JOKE. FAKE TICKETS, FAKE BARCODES. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL.
MY SON AND HIS DAD TRAVELLED FROM THE NORTH OF ENGLAND TO LONDON TO ARRIVE AT STAMFORD BRIDGE TO BE TOLD THE TICKETS ARE FAKE. A VERY HEARTBROKEN YOUNG MAN.

Full scam. I believe the people writing the reviews may be paid by the company or workers for the company with fictitious emails.

DO NOT USE. As soon as you enter your details they call instantly . Sounds like a man in his bedroom persuading you to buy the tickets and the reviews are lies.

My two sons and I bought tickets for the EURO 2020 match Denmark vs. Wales, June 2021.
After purchasing the tickets we saw the bad reviews here.... Then we got REALLY scared.
I acted by closing my Mastercard - but they´d already reserved the money on my creditcard, and my bank could not stop it.
I had a chat with Seatnet on their website, and they reasured, I would get my tickets in the UEFA-app in due time.
Two days went with refreshing the app constantly (I had two teenagers asking all the time 'Dad, are we not going to the match in Amsterdan??!!) We are Danish, so we have some 800 km to cover, and we had to plan the trip).
The day before the match I got the tickets in the app - YES! My two sons were under the roof of excitement. We drove to Amsterdam, went in and had a blast :-) (and Denmark won)

On thing was not good. We were very sorry to experience the waiting time for the tickets in the UEFA-app. Imagine we had to buy flight tickets - then one day before is not enough. But I imagine, I can blame UEFA for that, so no need to blame Seatnets in this case.

I think, it is fair to leave this Trustpilot review in the light of all the negative reviews there are regarding Seatnets
I read the negative reviews here and think UEFA and local government COVID 19 rules are to blame - not Seatnets. Seatnet is only a broker, and can´t do anything about the fact, if UEFA or governments are restricting access to a match.

I’m not one to leave reviews but this was such a shocking, devastating experience for me and my 14 year old son, I can not ignore!!! I hope this monstrosity helps at least 1 person to save their hard earned saved money against these VILE, MONEY GRABBING, SCAMMERS, I wouldn’t even title them a company. Absolutely appalling services!!!

I purchased two England V Scotland euro 2020 tickets for me and my son, who may I add suffers very badly with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder aka ADHD. His excitement was literally through the car roof (no exaggeration) how buzzing he was to be going to this match. I’ve called every single day for our reassurance that our tickets will definitely be coming through, they promised and promised they’ll be delivered through the euro ticket app and not to worry. Friday 18th (match day) STILL NO TICKETS.
That morning I’ve wasted another 2 hours of my time on hold trying to get though. When I finally do, I am again promised and totally guaranteed our tickets will be here before match time and to follow on with my journey from Bristol to Wembley Stadium.

Again whilst on the road I spoke to these people who again promised me and my son the tickets - ‘’not to worry, not to panic, enjoy your journey, they’ll definitely be coming through the app keep refreshing’’ as I quote. My son heard these words from the speaker phone so now he’s definitely thinking we’re going and he’s chanting all the way, snap chatting his snaps as they do, then get an email from this ‘’company’’ (btw I’m gonna copy each email sent from them through this awareness, with times included seeing they just love to give shorter than short notice ! Incase they con you with the same lies in the future!!)

I felt a little more at ease and had more faith as that’s pretty believable right?! I kept refreshing the euro app repeatedly for 2 long hours and still nothing!!! The same small print telling me ‘no tickets associated with this email’ I then emailed back , explained still no tickets and how over excited my son actually was and I needed to prepare myself to let him down before we’re literally outside the gates and queuing up, having to break his heart right in front of everyone and him kicking off with embarrassment, that’s not something he copes well with ATALL! Anyway, their reply…

To make sure??? Um am I missing something… if my moneys been taken as soon as purchase, by rights my tickets should be given as soon as purchased?! Why do they need to double check they’re being sent, they should know they’ve been sent, because they should of been sent the day of purchase!!!!!
Although I’m fuming inside I replied calm and collected. I asked for the sellers confirmation and details ASAP as we were so close to the stadium. At this point my son was resembling a ping pong ball in the car practically punching my windows to get out and join in the chaos from outside, with my heart just sinking knowing I have to see his little face drop when we don’t get to go into the stadium!

***What I found funny but far from the laugh type, they STOPPED answering the phone lines and emails in the 7 o’clock hour. Anyway I thought sod it, we come all this way from home imagine if we don’t que up and we actually get the tickets we’ve been promised so hardly for! THE WORSE PART OF ALL…. Literally 2 minutes before match time, #2 MINUTES!!!# We que and I get an email to say it was cancelled!!!!!!****

Due to COVID-19 situation, UEFA lower the tickets capacity to the Stadiums and done randomly ballot between all the tickets holders. The Seller/Supplier of your tickets informed us that the tickets been cancelled by UEFA, therefore your order has been cancelled too (based on COVID-19 Terms and Conditions).
As we inform in the Terms and Conditions, we will enable credit for the same amount paid for your order to your Seatsnet account. You can use this credit to purchase tickets for future events.
We are very sorry for any inconvenience, and we will be happy to serve you soon again.

You will have to pay in advanced and will not be able to cancel, the face value ticket price is not given and you will not know where you are sitting and if the price you are paying is worth the amount until one day before the game.
Just hours after I finished my order and found this out I wanted to cancel my order, but it was to late, money was taken and it doesn’t help calling them or sending mails, all is ending up in a callcenter in India. I should have known this is not a trustable firm when the contact details refer to operated website in the US, phone number in UK, call center in India and another phone number in Abu Dabi, this is how you will never know who you are dealing with.

Even after the game has been canceled I have reviewed only 60% from my money with the explanation only face value ticket price will be refunded, I have no way of knowing what that price is because I have never given this price, this is a scam but due to the fact the website looks very professional and it comes in google search up on top, I’m sure many people buy tickets there not knowing there is no way out once you purchase tickets.

We booked 3 tickets to Juventus vs Fiorentina for 2nd Feb 2020. We booked flights & hotel (3 nights in milan) and was reassured ticked would be email to me 8pm the day before the game. I did not receive tickets. I called, email & used the live chat feature but had no luck. I recieved an email 1hour 45mins before the game as seller reliability was not guaranteed and tickets were cancelled. I have recieved a full refund, but it's not the point.
AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE I WOULD NEVER USE ANY TICKET SELLING COMPANY FOR FOOTBALL TICKETS. I RECOMMEND ONLY TO USE OFFICIAL CLUB WEBSITES!

My order number is #11037. I bought tickets for the Tottenham-Olympiakos game, then one day before the game, I got an e-mail telling me that my order has been cancelled and refund been processed (25th of November) and I will get my money back not longer than 10 days after. As you might guess, I am still waiting for my money, and they do not reply to me or give any updates.

I will update this review if I get my money back
