We never received our tickets for a Real Madrid game. I had travelled from England with my son, 11. We ended up having to buy from touts outside the stadium.
I have received a refund though so I guess that’s something.

If I could give a minus would. I will try and find out to report it as scam officially

PLEASE DO NOT for these scammers…. There is a reason they are cheap - I paid for Man Utd tickets and they changed my order a day later to Chelsea 😤

They don't deliver the tickets I have paid for. When you try to call them the system says that the number does not exist and I do not get a reply on my mails.

Scam. As anyone else is saying here, they are a scam. Avoid at all cost, you will lose ypur money and end up without a ticket

It’s not my expertise but I’m sure someone here who has been scammed has the expertise.

Their domain is in Dubia and probably untouchable but surely the credit card companies should be shutting them down.

Don’t do it. It’s a scam. They even bothered to call us to tell us we were getting the tickets. We didn’t. A 7 hour round trip and £££s down the drain. Please do not use these thieves. SCAM ALERT.

Awful company cancelled tickets 2 days before the event 7 very disappointed children.

Seatsnet sold us 4 tickets for Arsenal vs Liverpool game. With entrance to the Stadium we did find out that tickets was fake and we had to go back to one pub to watch the game.

Would give minus if I could. Bought ticket in October and the concert was last night yet still no ticket. Cant get through to their “ number “ , no one answers emails and no one answers whatsapp. Scam company! Avoid at all cost !! No idea if I will even get my money back

Shut down the company..I am talking to everyone..We are all victims..We have to do fth to shut the site down to prevent more victims..They are scam ,thieves and liars They fooled at us and they destroyed our day..we have to do sth..

I can't get the €3150 for tickets sold from seatsnet. in spite of many email pormises (see below) to reslove this, noting happens and they keep my money. this is theft, deception, fraud.

Bought tickets to watch Arsenal in London on behalf of my mum as a present to my dad and sister. They arrived at the stadium after paying £155 for a train, on top of £2K for the tickets, only to be told they are FAKE! I called and emailed the company but NOTHING. I was advised by Arsenal Club to submit a report to the police and have done so.

No tickets, no help, no customer service don’t waste your money on this site, it’s a scammers delight

Me and my friend ordered tickets for upcoming match today 28/11/23 Shakhtar donetsk vs Royal antwerp in Hamburg stadium and yesterday,only one day before the match they sent an email we are sorry to inform ur tickets cant be provided and we gonna refund you!Even if we ordered that almost 3 weeks before the match!For this reason we are not attending the match today because all the tickets increased 300% more than the day we ordered and its worthless to pay now again!Thanks to this website that i hope someone gonna see and close it to not do more the activity they do!Ps. The refund still didn’t come and i hope they gonna make it couse I'm gonna open a petition to collect signatures to close this website otherwise,but i dont wanna put effort anymore couse they did enough stressing us everyday without even saying nothing but onle 24 hours before the match they send a email we cant give u the tickets,even if they promise in beginning that they guarantee the seats or they upgrade in the worst case!This is ridiculous

I saw a front row ticket advertised for the Cliff Richard concert in the Event Apollo in London. I paid the extra money and travelled to London (from Dublin) believing I had a front row ticket. However, when I got my ticket from Seatsnet, it was a back row ticket. They claimed it was in their terms and conditions that they could replace the ticket bought with a "similar ticket". It was in a different section in the back row as opposed to stalls in the front row. They were not helpful and refused to refund me the difference in the ticket price again. As I said, avoid unless you are happy with paying for one ticket but getting the worst one possible but being charged the same. I gave them 1 star because they did actually send me a ticket which is more than some people get but they really only deserve half a star for that!

y order for an Arsenal Lens match was never honored. This site is fraudulent and should be avoided absolutely.
impossible to contact them, however they know how to contact you when you put a ticket in the basket and leave it without confirming the purchase
