Scammers and scumbags - this is most gentle new name for this hellhole. Use them only if you want to guarantee not ever seeing the tickets you paid for.

I bought Olivia Rodrigo tickets, paid almost 300 euro's and never received the tickets or my money back. The help desk never responded to any of my messages. This is a massive scam.

This website is an absolute scam. We did NOT receive any tickets for the Olivia Rodrigo concert at the O2. We were only given a seat number one hour before the concert and instructed to collect the tickets at the box office. When we arrived, we were told the tickets were invalid and had been cancelled. Attempts to contact customer service were unsuccessful. This left my daughter in tears for the entire day. DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE.

Hanno rovinato il giorno più bello di 3 tifosi dell'Inter di Milano, facendoci pagare cari e con l'aggiunta di 50 euro di commissione ogni biglietto, salvo non fornirci mai i biglietti che a detta loro dovevano arrivare 2 giorni prima dell'evento. Dopo
2 giorni di non risposta dal servizio clienti, siamo andati comunque a San Siro (5 ore di macchina), dato che dalle recensioni altri clienti hanno ricevuto i biglietti anche mezz'ora prima dei Matchs. Dopo mille tentativi, ci rispondono poche ore prima del match comunicando che non ci avrebbero dato i biglietti, ci forniscono un rimborso sul loro wallet con 50 euro di bonus se avessimo voluto acquistare altri biglietti, che nel frattempo costavano il doppio e anche le loro commissioni erano raddoppiate ( + di 100€ a biglietto). Chissà che non sia uno stratagemma per ottenere più soldi. Abbiamo deciso di non cedere al loro gioco, rinunciando definitivamente alla nostra giornata speciale. Ora vediamo se avranno un pó di onestà e ci restituiranno i soldi..altrimenti vi auguro di spenderli tutti in medicine

What a scam! You should be ashamed of yourself! Where do you get this positive reviews from??? Trusted website? Really? I purchased tickets for my son and husband to give them father son time, just to be sent off, as my tickets I got from you were fake!!!! You are so fake, full of 💩

Don’t bother even buying from this company. Might be genuine but they are so unreliable. My husband was buying 2 rickets one for himself and my son for last day of the season and Jurgen Klopp’s last game on 19/5/24 at 4pm so was prepared to pay £500 each for them. They actually rang him up as he was checking the price at checkout so can tell you are interested and you’ve put all details in and then phone you. So paid money at 10am in morn and promised tickets an hour before game but never came so he rang and rang them. We had given up but at 3.30pm they rang to say go to the stadium as we don’t live far away and they will be with him by 4pm. So off we went and got near to stadium they then WhatsApped him to say sorry but they haven’t been able to get tickets so will refund the money. So we turned back and came home after missing start of match. We are grateful to get money back but be careful as I have read on here by someone else they just put money in a wallet and it’s hard to access it. So do not use this company unless you want to be let down at very last minute. Why do these companies do this to people building hopes up when people are prepared to pay over the amount too. We have yet to receive money so can’t comment if they are scammers or not!! But I would not even go near them!! Beware!!!!!

Scam scam scam scam scam do not use ! We were sold fake seats for cristal palace. And they sold the same tickets to more people!! How the government can a website to operate like this. But tickets in the original websites for the event avoid disappointment. Need to place a complaint on offcome

Absolutely disgusted with the service from this site. Believe the reviews, an utter SCAM! Currently at the o2 for Olivia Rodrigo concert with no tickets! Despite multiple emails, calls and WhatsApp messages responding to advise that the tickets are 100% guaranteed and not to worry, I have a devastated child that spent 100s of pounds she’d saved on tickets to a concert she cannot no get into! Please AVOID SEATSNET AT ALL COSTS, it’s not worth the risk!! Customer service has coincidentally gone quiet now that the event time has passed - trading standards need to address this. They try to assure you with multiple deadlines for the tickets to be transferred, even up to the 1 hour before doors opening, meaning you travel to the event and then cannot get through the gates. So angry and disappointed!!!

Paid over £300 for 2 tickets for Olivia Rodrigo. Fake!!! Denied entry. Myself and my 11 year old granddaughter.

SCAM…Seller sent standing tickets after me paying a lot of money for seated tickets , got to the event not realising and as I was with my little sister 10 years old all dressed up for her first concert we were turned away as it was a sold out event, sent seatsnet multiple emails and had no contact… had multiple calls when trying to get me to buy the tickets , nothing when I’ve been scammed, stay clear

This “company” claims on its website to have the best customer service before and after service

What a nightmare! Spent £360 to take daughter to Olivia Rodriguez. No tickets and an email the following day to say the tickets not available and my money is there for future events! I don’t think so!!!!!

Would give zero. Ticket never existed. I paid £160. They've disconnected the phones and don't answer WhatsApp or emails. I haven't had a refund

I wish I'd read reviews before buying with seatsnet. This platform is a very elaborate scheme to scam people- literally all over the world. Don't have a clue how they've not been shut down yet. Lost hundreds of pounds on tickets for concert then further money to buy ligit tickets last minute. Scumbags! AVOID

I had bought tickets for a football match in Munich, or at least i thought i did. I spend 467 euros on 4 tickets worth 160 euros and only got 3 real tickets. The last was a fake, and never payed for.
So this garbage company buys a large portion of tickets before regular people gets the chance, then sells them overpriced and still has the audacity to scam you for measly 40 euros.
I am now in the process of taking legal action against the company however (of course) it does not respond to anything so it may take a while.

I have learned my lesson: never deal with company, which has no transparent way to complain.

I have a soolking concert tonight at the o2 in London
And I am yet to receive my tickets despite buying them in January and being promised ‘guarantee’ they would arrive
Please note this is a e ticket so it should be by email not by post also.
Cannot contact them also only talking to like a bot on WhatsApp so unprofessional and untrustworthy
I doubt I will get my tickets after reading everyone’s reviews if that changes I will update!
BUT AVOID SEATSNET AT ALL COSTS

They sold tickets for front row and send it ticket for difrent section much farther.
Do not buy from them ,they are pure scammers
