Absolutely disgusting company!

Paid a lot of money for tickets with a good view and then they send me tickets with a restricted view and tell me they are allowed to change the seat numbers as stated in there terms? I could have brought those tickets so much cheaper and I wish I had read all the previous reviews how badly they treat there customers because I wouldn’t have brought with seatsnet. Absolutely disgusting won’t be using them again!!!!!!

I payed €2.5k for 3 tickets for the match Netherlands - Turkey on 06-07 and didn’t receive any tickets or refund.

The phone numbers doesn’t work and they don’t replay at any of my messages. Find other reliable sites such as ticombo, bought my tickets and received them within 1 hours!!!!

Bought 2 tickets at Euro 2024 for Romania - Netherlands in area 231 of Allianz Arena in Munich 6 days before the event. They said they are going to be sent to us 2 days before the match. They sent it only 2 hours before and in area 106, (somehow better view) but was in contact with them through whatsapp all the time. I was slightly concerned but in the end it was all fine. You should expect this kind of situation with every reseller.

Las 48 horas antes reclamo, por todos los medios (Su web, email y WhatsApp), las entradas y a 3 horas antes del concierto solicito la devolución del dinero porque ya no tenemos tiempo de llegar al Palau San Jordi.
Una hora antes del concierto mandan entradas de las baratas.
Reclamo la devolución del dinero y 10 días después sigo reclamando y NO CONTESTAN.
ES UNA VERGÜENZA.

I’ve been a customer of seatnet for a long time but will I use them again HELL NO. They did not send tickets for the Albania v Spain game I had a party of guys stranded at the stadium I chased them constant for two days. Nothing no response. Totally disgusted info@seatnet. You should be ashamed of yourselves Hard earned money stolen by you And not to make any type of contact is disgusting.

Billets pour le festival Defqon.1 2024 4 jours du 27 au 30 juin achetés le 1er mars.
Mail reçu le 26/06 pour dire que Seatsneat ne peut fournir les billets et annule notre commande alors que nous sommes un groupe de 6 personnes. Arrêt en catastrophe sur une aire d'autoroute (car déjà en route pour depuis Lyon pour rejoindre le festival au Pays-Bas) pour demander le remboursement (partiel car certains frais supplémentaires ne sont pas remboursables) et racheter des billets sur un autre site (ticketswap au passage qui nous a de suite fourni les billets après le paiement).
Pas de délais annoncés pour les remboursements, belle arnaque...

MY FAMILY AND I CAME ALL THE WAY TO GERMANY TO WATCH THE EUROS. WE BOUGHT 2 TICKETS FOR ENGLAND VS DENMARK CLOSE TO THE STADIUM FOR 550€ AND GOT 2 TICKETS WORTH 60€.

THEN WE BOUGHT TICKETS FOR SUISSE VS GERMANY FOR 5 PEOPLE AND WE DIDNT RECEIVE THEM, SO WE SENT THEM AN EMAIL AND THEY TOLD US THEY WOULD SEND IT TO US IN A FEW HOURS. AT 7 WE GO TO THE STADIUM, AND THEY STILL HAVENT SENT US THE TICKETS, SO WE CALL THEM AND THEY DONT REPLY.

NOW THE MATCH HAS STARTED AND NOT A WORD FROM THEM.

Total scammers !!! NEVER BUY FROM THEM . We’ve been left outside of the stadium without any tickets !!! We spent £2000 for 4 tickets Belgium - Romania and the tickets never arrived !
Going legal now . Were a group of 27 people who met in front of the stadium and had the same experience!!

Avoid Avoid Avoid! We purchased tickets for the Eras Tour in August 2023 for June 2024. Tickets did not arrive and two days before the concert in a panic we were trying to get hold of the company to see where our tickets were. Their phone number does not work. They did not answer emails. Whatsapp chat was replied to on THE DAY of the event saying not to worry we would have tickets before the doors opened this was 10am on the day of the event. We had to travel 2 hours to get to the event and book time off work and hotels only to be told to 'trust us' the tickets will be there before doors opened.

Tickets did finally come mere hours before the event and they were shocking - we were TOTALLY scammed! We paid for Front standing CLEAR VIEW and received far back seated tickets behind a post - tickets clearly say obstructed view. The company told us they were better than front standing with a full view. WTAF? When we disputed this they stopped replying to us. We have had to put a chargeback in and are so thankful we used a credit card to purchase from this company. Bearing in mind the tickets they sold us were 10 times the face value price so they sold us tickets for thousands of pounds and gave us tickets worth £80. If you have bought tickets from this site for Taylor Swift make sure you start chasing them NOW for your tickets as they will send you DUD tickets on the day (if you get them at all) when you have no time to do anything about it. What an awful way to treat people who are taking their children to these events that they have been saving up for and waiting years to attend. Shame on you SEATSNET Karma will get you.

TOTAL SCAM - RECEIVED NO TICKETS FOR DENMARK V ENGLAND. TICKETS WERE PURCHASED IN DECEMBER AND COST ME OVER £800 MY HUSBAND AND HIS SON ARE OUT IN GERMANY WITH NO MATCH TO GO TO.

Scam Bought tickets for England v Denmark only to be cancelled hours before KO to be offered same tickets at much higher price. Scam

Haben Anfang des Jahres 2 Tickets für das Spiel Deutschland gegen Ungarn gekauft und bezahlt. Haben dann gestern die Nachricht bekommen das die die Tickets zurück ziehen und uns das Geld zurück schicken. Das geht gar nicht sind total sauer. Nicht seriös

Absolutely awful experience. Spent £1500 on tickets for Taylor Swift. The tickets we purchased sat next to each other in a decent spot in section L, with a good view of the stage. After getting anxious as it was the week of the event and we hadn’t heard anything we attempted to reach out to seatsnet - not an easy task. They have a number that doesn’t work, an email they NEVER responded to and a WhatsApp which they didn’t respond back after hours, sometimes days with automated responses such as ‘rest assured, you will receive the tickets up to 3 days before the event’.

Then yesterday, a mere 24 hours before the event we received a link to download to receive tickets from a site called AXS. When downloaded there was one ticket on there in an awful location, behind the stage and nowhere near where we had originally purchased. After messaging seatsnet they said the tickets will be released promptly and they will give the seller a nudge. Then we received another link, this time on TicketMaster and it was another individual ticket, also behind the stage but nowhere near the other ticket.

We are now without any responses and Seatsnet feel satisfied as they have released the ticket. We are now looking like attending with considerably worse tickets and sat alone due to this awful scamming site. This was after they PROMISED that the tickets will 100% be next to each other and that we will be satisfied.

I will only be satisfied when this site is closed down for good. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

2 days to go before the concert and still havent heard back from Seatnet.

After going back and fourth between 3 or 4 different websites over a period of a week, I finally settled on Seatsnet to purchase Taylor Swift Tickets at Liverpool on 13th June as a surprise for my 8 year old granddaughter who idolises Taylor Swift.

All I can say don't make the same mistake that I made and not read the reviews before making payment. As if I had I would definitely of stayed away from this website. Your not going to get your tickets unless you've paid the highest price for then as the seats in the section and same row were advertised for sale every day but with increased sale price. And they leave you hanging on and on until the last minute without any empathy for the fans who are buying tickets that they never going to receive. The UK telephone number is not active and instantly disconnects. The overseas telephone number came up New York and was a automated message advertising the number was available to buy. So we get charged for calling that number falsely being misled to stay on the phone for as long as possible so they are gaining money from the call charges we are being charged.
The WhatsApp message system says its a business account but if your lucky to get a reply it's not a customer service call centre. The reply just told me they are continuing to push the seller for the tickets to be released and to read the terms and conditions. They ignored my worries in relation to there reviews etc.
I received an email less then 24hrs before stating they are sorry but the seller hasn't released the tickets so they've credited my refund into Seatsnet wallet with a £111 pounds compensation credit and good luck with purchasing more tickets from them.
There was only 2 sections left to buy at over double the price I had already paid so yet another part of the scam to get more money.
I requested my refund to be released into my bank and I lost the compensation amount for doing so.

Thankfully I managed to get 2 tickets for the same date from a Well known website and even though the seats are not as good and further back I received them within minutes of payment. My granddaughter would of been brokenhearted if I had to tell her the night before that all the time she had spent making bracelets to swap at the concert had been for nothing, I just couldn't do that to her. I was lucky enough to of been able to borrow the money short notice until the refund comes from this scam to get tickets but how many brokenhearted swiftie gave cried themselves to sleep tonight because of these dreadful heartless scammers.

Don’t buy any tickets there . It’s a scam. We bought tickets for for Euro 2024. now 2 days before the game they tell us that the seller is not able to provide the tickets . We also already booked the hotel.

SCAM! Avoid at all costs ! This vile site had £2000 out of my poor mum who tried to get me and my sister Taylor swift tickets! This site needs shutting down it’s absolutely disgusting! Due to spending so much we are now unable to obtain genuine tickets and we will now miss out on an opportunity of a lifetime. I will make sure that nobody I know will ever touch this site with a 10000 foot barge pole. They should be utterly ashamed of themselves.

Yes it's a scam - All secondary ticket markets are! But how else do you get to see events when the official tickets are always sold out the second they go on sale??? Despite numerous attempts to contact Seatsnet My Roland Garros tickets were only uploaded a matter of minutes before I left for France - Imagine the stress of embarking on an expensive foreign trip without the certainty of knowing that the reason for the trip is even going to happen? There is a UK phone line ...But it's dead. There is a WhatsApp link, but no-one looks at it for several days and even the chatbots can't be bothered to engage. So once they've got your money it's very hard to contact them and they claim this is award winning customer service - In what world??? I paid a lot of money for a pair of tickets which had deliberately vague and generic descriptions as to their location. It turns out they were two single tickets from two separate sellers and were 3 rows from the back and not even positioned together. All round a horrendous experience!
