Paid for expensive seats at Stadio olimpico for Italy v England rugby. 185 euros per ticket the ones received had a face value of 95 euros and were in a much inferior position. Seatsnet refused to refund the difference and so as well as the 125 euros per ticket handling fee they pocketed 180 euros. In total a 305 euro scam. I will not be using again and advise people to avoid like the plague.

Do not trust Seatsnet with your money . They tried to fob me off with tickets in the wrong end of a stadium and do not give a shit about the consequences

Malheureusement, nous nous sommes fait avoir avec mon fils. Je lui ai réservé dans l urgence une place pour aller voir le réal Madrid et jusqu au dernier moment cad : 2 heures avant le début de la rencontre , j étais en « contact » ( certainement avec un robot ) qui me certifiait que la place aller arriver mais bien sûr elle n est jamais apparue dans ma boîte mail ni sur leur site ( qui je trouve est très bien fait pour une arnaque ) mon virement est parti à dubai pour un numéro de téléphone au royaume uni.

Voilà l espoir et l un des rêves de mon fils rendu inaccessible par une bande de voleur.
Je ne m attends pas à récupérer mon argent donc ne vais pas user ma santé pour essayer mais ce que je vais faire c est mon possible pour que ce site soit fermé par les autorités pour ne plus que ça puisse arriver à d autres personnes.

Seatsnet charged a much higher price than other vendors and failed to deliver the tickets on time as promised. I specifically requested seats together, the tickets they sent were for separate seats. Overall, the service was overpriced, unreliable, and not fair to the customer.

I purchased tickets from here for a Feyenoord game and traveled from Amsterdam for the day booked a hotel for the night for the game to be told these tickets would be there before kick off and got let down last minute.

I’m sharing my experience so others don’t go through what my family and I did.
I purchased tickets from Seatsnet for the Real Madrid vs FC Barcelona match on 26 October 2025, paying a high price and receiving multiple written assurances that the tickets were “100% guaranteed” and would be delivered shortly before the match.

We travelled all the way to Madrid from abroad — with my two young children (6 and 8 years old) — exclusively for this game.
Seatsnet representatives kept sending identical automated messages for hours, even after the match had already started, claiming that delivery was “in progress.” The tickets never arrived.

After the game, I received an email saying that my order was cancelled and that the money had been “refunded” to a Seatsnet Wallet — not to my bank card, even though I paid with Mastercard via Revolut.
When I tried to get an actual refund, they continued to send the same copy-paste responses directing me to their website.
To this day, I haven’t received any real refund, nor any compensation for the costs I suffered.

Because of their deception, I lost:

Hotel costs at Barceló Torre de Madrid – €2,203.20

Flight tickets – €862.91

Plus the emotional distress of two children who were left devastated outside the stadium.

I’ve filed a fraud report, a chargeback claim, and a complaint to the European Consumer Centre.
This company hides behind misleading “wallet refunds” to make customers believe they got their money back when they actually didn’t.

Absolute scam - avoid. They advertise concert tickets for a specific block and row at a premium price based upon their location but then when the tickets don’t arrive they try to fob you off which cheaper rubbish alternatives.
Then refuse to refund saying they’ve offered you tickets in the same section (ie lower tier).
Absolute fraudsters who are mis-selling and ripping people off.
I only gave 1 star because couldn’t give 0.

Never use this site - I bought 5 tickets for Coldplay and they were meant to be in section 517 opposite the stage. They arrived in two batches with the last two only arriving 90 minutes before the concert started. They were all in section 530 and 531 - areas with a poor view. Coldplay were great but don’t risk using this company.

I bought tickets in May for a concert via website. When I tried to buy, I received a call stating tickets are guaranteed and I should receive it within 1-3 weeks.As soon as I bought tickets, I got suspicious because of lack of phone numbers for customer service. There was a whatsapp number. They initially said i should get it 1-3 days before concert. I tried to resell, but tickets were never listed. Even the day before, they were promising saying i will receive 1-3 hrs before concert which was impractical as concert was in Netherlands. I received a false email saying I can download rickets on 4 July. But no tickets were sent or available for download. The whatsapp went silent. Trustpilot reveals that there are many victims like me. They advertise very well, website looks professional, but they are scammers

DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER!!! Spent €280 on two tickets chased then repeatedly for the tickets to be sent and replied with “we grunted your tickets without fail” on multiple occasions and order refunded at 3am on day of concert with no warning or apology!!! I travelled to the uk from Ireland and had to last minute spend excess of €400 on replacement tickets - they responded to my complaint to say they would be in touch with a resolution and 2 days later still nothing

Sold my Liverpool tickets on April 27TH. Amount agreed upront via email from SeatNet. never saw a dime. Fraud !!!!!!!!! Please never trust this company and never do any transaction..

Total scam. I ordered on 14 feb two tickets for Dua Lippa in Antwerp (11 june), paid upfront € 270,57 of which € 68,65 handling fee and never received the tickets. Despite my repeating What'sApp messages no refund, no reaction, no nothing.
The only thing they respond with is a standard message "Please note that we are currently coordinating with the accounting team. Rest assured, we will update you very soon. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Thank you"

Wow, I can't believe i got suckered by this company again, wrong tickets, not together, no reply from the company, someone needs to create a class action against this comlany.

Un service minable, j’ai payé 1500€ des billets pour la finale fémine de Roland Garros, livrés 40 minutes avant le début du match et surprise, ce n’est pas ce pour quoi j’ai payé. Ils se cachent derrière des politiques auxquelles le consommateur n’a pas accès.
