Que c’est lamentable, j’ai payé des places pour psg manchester city 3 mois avant le match (cadeau de noël pour les enfants). 24h avant toujours pas de nouvelles. Impossible de les joindre j’ai du feindre une nouvelle tentative d’achat de place pour avoir qqn au téléphone et entendre me dire « pas sur d’avoir vos places je ne connais pas ce revendeur »… je reçois un message dans la soirée pour me dire que mes billets sont annulés. Je me retrouve donc à quelques heures du match sans billet ni cadeau de Noël. Il n’y a pas eu de problème pour le remboursement mais c’est lamentable de devoir attendre. À éviter

Commande de billets de foot achetés pour un cadeau de Noel en novembre,carte débitée de 400€ et le jour du match aucune réception des billets.
J’ai tenté de joindre le site durant toute la semaine et impossible :
Les numéros de téléphone ne fonctionnent pas,tout comme le chat. Quand tu envoies un mail ,ils te répondent comme si tu voulais commander des billets!!!
Aujourd’hui ils disent m’avoir crédité mon portefeuille mais impossible de recevoir le remboursement

Il n'y a pas de service client .Impossible de les joindre tant par mail, chat ou téléphone. Votre commande va rester en attente, vous serez débité puis la commande s'annulera le jour de l'évènement et vous ne serez pas remboursé.

If I could give them 0 I would. Complete scam/ fraud these guys need to be shut down. No communication. They rang me up when searching for tickets before I even submitted my phone number/signed up....sent me tickets that I couldn't gain entry with just 1 hour before the event. avoid avoid avoid!!

Speaking with the relelvant authorities but unfortunately they've been scamming people for years.

I read the reviews after purchasing and was very worried, however they came through and delivered the tickets which worked on admission and as such I was satisfied.
Communication from them could be better, but I could see that after I had asked a question, that they had actioned the request.

Highly recommend avoiding this company a scam. Fake contact numbers and emails. They don’t reply at all. Can’t get hold or anyone. Customer service non existent. When you get through to someone on WhatsApp they just say someone reviewing, someone reviewing and 15-30days for a refund. Never received tickets or refund. Why do I have to wait 30days. As you can see from previous comments most people have never gotten a refund. I’d recommend a charge back with your back. Had to go through my bank to get things rolling. Concert today 12th October. Avoid at all cost, scammers, time wasters. Too lazy to get a real job, would rather rip people off. Disgusting people.

Bought tickets for Rammstein in Germany with a friend. Got to the gate and couldnt use them, Eventsim shook their head when we mention3d who we got the tickets off. Tried notifying Seatsnet multiple times with no luck of a refund or any sort of aftercare service.

Absolutely terrible, also emailed google and others to spread the word of the fraudulent company. Dont buy, dont promote this company.

I bought two tickets and they didn't send them to me. It takes a long time to get a refund and there is no deadline. I am very disappointed with SeatsNet. I do not recommend anyone to buy from this ticket resale website.

This company is a disgrace they have fake telephone numbers on their contact details and will not respond to any messages . I travelled to Vienna to watch Coldplay and they wouldn’t confirm if the tickets would be delivered . I tried to contact them numerous times and they would not answer. Given that we had flown to Vienna and booked 2 nights accommodation 5 hours before the performance I had to buy 2 more tickets as Seatsnet had not delivered or answered any of my messages. They did send them 3 hours before the performance and they were different ones from the ones I bought . They then replied saying I should re sell them with 3 hours to go and they didn’t even have the option. When I asked them to help they stopped responding. This company has no regard to there customer and looking at all of the other reviews I would suggest that you look elsewhere to buy tickets.

Total scam - left a little girl hopelessly distraught outside Wembley for the Taylor swift concert, when all tickets purchased from this evil company were not real. Met police helped get money back. But one little girls heart was broken.

SCAM! Avoid at all costs ! I paid over 2000 for Taylor swift tickets that were supposed to be front row. At the last minute, I received 2 back stage seats and they claimed they can change your tickets last minute for similar ones. How is front row standing equal to back of stage with restricted view?. The have zero customer service and phone numbers do not work. This site needs shutting down it's absolutely disgusting!. Avoid at all cost!!!!.

Scam. Took money for Roland garros but didn't send tickets and do not respond to any emails / requests for contact

Absolutely disgusting company. Thely sold fake tickets for the Rammstein concert in Frankfurt, and then I was denied entry to the concert. at least hunder other visitors had the same issue. No reaction to complaints and requests to refund. Collective legal action would be needed against them.

Commandé 2 places pour Coldplay (23/07 Düsseldorf) à 260,78€ (60€ de… frais !!!) et commande « annulée » par ce site douteux le 21/07. Pas de remboursement mais 26€ de « compensation » car l’acheteur n’avait soi-disant pas pu livrer à temps. Je rachète 2 places à 178€ ; total 455€ avec cette fois 100€ de frais !!! J’ai payé 168€ car on pouvait déduire d’un « portefeuille virtuel » sur leur site le montant de la première commande. Idem, seconde commande annulée pour les « mêmes » raisons le lendemain ! Impossible de joindre le site (probablement usant de VPN) car leurs numéros anglais et américains indisponibles… J’ai donc déposé une double plainte avec relevé VISA et captures d’écran à la police belge + VISA et contacté des collègues au niveau de la DG cyberfraude à l’Europe. Le lendemain je récupérais le prix payé pour la seconde commande sur mon compte VISA mais le montant de la première commande annulée (260€) lui a disparu du « portefeuille virtuel » comme par « hasard ». Apparemment VISA a déjà eu de nombreuses plaintes vis à vis de ce site… basé (système de boîte aux lettre ?) à Dubai ! Je ne lâchera pas, Via mon puissant employeur supranational ca devrait bouger et faire du brui.

Compré 2 boletos para el concierto La velada del año para el 13 de julio en el estadio Santiago Bernabeu, pagué por entrega en el hotel donde me hospedé y nunca entregaron los boletos. Me puse en contacto con ellos y quedaron de entregarlos de 3 a 1 hora antes del concierto, no lo hicieron. He solicitado el reembolso y sólo mandan correos que el departamento de contabilidad se pondrá en contacto, nunca lo hace.
Son unos estafadores.
