Scammers, bought 8 tickets for notnormal money for Real Madrid, they send me 3 30 min before the game, 4 not ..disaster. Dont buy scammer.

Big scam cannot reach sales staff none of the telephone or emails work.

6th October 2024 Thought I was dealing with Ticketmaster on O2 website for Simply Red concert. Two tickets in front of stage Section A1 Row S £414.89 each (£829.79) + usual scam handling fee £282.13, £1,111.91 total. You pay, you want the tickets, treat for my wife who has been ill. Confirmation arrives NO TICKETS, none avaiable until DAY BEFORE the gig. How can you book hotels in confidence? Absolute con. Meant to be selling on their own or other people's already purchased tickets. Meant to be Christmas surprise for my wife. Impossible to speak to this firm. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Went online with them to buy 2 more same gig, same location, cheaper. Site asked any special requests. YES allocate these two tickets to my previous sale order, keep the difference in price but send tickets online now. No reply, not even a chase up to pay. First sale was absolute MISREPRESENTATION. I purchased 2 tickets for Grand national in 2024 and still no refund for tickets that didnt arrive. Shocking

this is a total scam. I paid over £600 for 2 tickets to watch France v scotland. I was assured tickets would be there. I chased and chased every day. 6 hours before the game I was told the sale was being reneged on and the deal cancelled. NO SEATS despite spending thousands on travel and accommodation. I asked for a refund. 2 weeks later and NOTHING. no correspondence and NO cash. Do not use these guys

bought plane tix and hotel to go to Amsterdam to see Sam Fender. The tix never arrived. Up until the 11th hour they were still insisting my tickets would be delivered which they never were. They refunded my tix but of course you are still left to pay for flights and accommodation. Appalling. Shame on you!

Worst scam ever do not use them
A total scam. You will get a call as you go through purchase process. It’s all happening in Dubai you do not receive tickets

IT IS A SCAM.
I ordered 7 tickets for the France vs Scotland 6Nations game. Two were delivered three days before. I was told the remaining tickets would arrive within 3 hours of the game. At 7 hours ahead the game, the seller e-mailed to say that he/she would reimburse me at 50% if I decided not to go, which I refused, as we were already in Paris. One ticket never arrived, of the 4 that did, one was also given to another independent party, such that my family member was refused entry, as the ticket had already been used. So, two of us had to go back to the hotel, The helpline numbers are fake and you cannot contact them directly. I doubt that I will get my money back. I do think we should start a class action, given the number of people with similar experiences. I have an international legal colleague who specialises in such actions.

Bought tickets for Italy V Ireland rugby back in November, ( match 15th March) traveled to Rome without receiving tickets, messaged Seatsnet on 14th and got message you will receive tickets this evening or tomorrow morning, as still not received by midday on the 15th I bought tickets elsewhere to allow us to enter the game. Seatsnet then finally sent the tickets at 2.11pm approximately 1hr before kickoff. It is a truly awful service I had to give one star 0 is what it really should be

There is actually no zero for them- they should not be in business _ paid for tickets ages ago for France Scotland rugby- got to France no ticket then got an email saying they had been cancelled- WTAF- looked forward to this and they ruined it by cancelling-absolutely disgraceful

SCAM. DO NOT USE THIS SITE! Stupidly booked tickets for my son at Christmas for two Liverpool games. Then looked at the reviews. I emailed and asked for a refund, which they refused. Amazing that this site is still up. For the first game, I received a photo of a link. Didn’t work. For the second, I received an email the day before telling me the seller didn’t have tickets. I approached my bank after booking , but atm, they’ve have my money now fur 4 months.

Je n ai jamais reçu les billets. J ai eu un message wapps disant que j avais mes tickets sur ticketmaster. Je ne les ai jamais vus.
On m à appelé par tel pour me dire d'aller m'adresser au guichet ticetmaster à l'entrée du stade en ne révélant pas que j'étais passé par un intermédiaire
Ce que j ai fait avec nom et mail mais il n y avait aucun ticket pour moi et mon fils.
Et j'ai donc perdu une grosse somme d'argent.
Surtout ne pas réserver sur ce site

A total scam, i bought the tickets back in November for 472 pounds, I kept asking about the tickets at least twice a month, the concert was today and I travelled for this concert, i kept trying to contact them all week and they kept responding “We understand your concern, but no need to be worried, please rest assured you will be receiving your tickets as guaranteed 100 percent before the event, thanks.” ,and guess what I didn’t receive any of the tickets and they didn’t respond after that,!

Samen met 2 vrienden vanuit Nederland na Madrid gevlogen. Met veel vertrouwen kregen we telkens berichten binnen dat we 100% de tickets zouden krijgen. Om 19:00 stonden we voor het stadion met alle hoop. Het ergste is dat we Om 20:15 nog een telefoontje krijgen van een medewerker van Seatsnet, dat de kaarten echt binnen 10minuten binnenkomen. Helaas zonder respect en schaamte laten ze niks meer van hun weten. De volgende dag sturen ze een mail waarin staat dat het geld terug word gestuurd. Hoe is het mogelijk dat zo’n groot bedrijf mensen dit aan kan doen. Wie gaat opdragen voor de vliegtickets, hotel ???.

Don't be tempted to use seatsnet its a total scam. The positive review are all fake and its a complete con. I bought ticket for Munich v Celtic and was told ticket would be sent to a location near stadium for collection. I then had email asking me to provide my hotel details for them to send ticket which never arrived. I was sent email 4 hours before kick off with an eticket which wasn't usable. Dot ever use this bunch of scammers.

JUST AWFUL. Paid for tickets and recieved an email confirming my seats were 100% guaranteed. We went to the stadium but the tickets NEVER arrived. They then sent £40 to my seatsnet wallet that I WILL NEVER USE and i’m still awaiting a £490 refund.

Scam company do not use purchased 4 tickets to this Saturday rugby match Ireland / Wales payed for four seated together, first match for my two half year grandson and birthday present for son, so as a grandmother was looking forward to this experience, tickets are for two separate rows, 22 and 7 suggesting that two year old sit separately from mother, the tickets I purchased on the Seatsnet website being re sold contacted them and they do not care about where we sit or the safety of my grandson stay away from them

Do not use. It is a scam!!!!!!
