In Madrid waiting . Will we get our tickets to see Real Madrid ??? What a service… Big Birthday too . Gutted . 🥹Kick off in 90 min!!! We never got them and never got a refund . Please do not use .

Scam - completely uncontactable and I now note their phone number no longer has a Seatsnet voicemail. (+442032856363) its 'Pallet sensations' or something like that.
Has anyone any advice about who to complain to on this? Is there an online scam company who can help?

Thus far the site is nothing but a scam and DO NOT purchase tickets from them.

I purchased tickets for the England, V Samoa rugby game and travelled to Lille with my young family and friends that had arrived from New Zealand with confirmation tickets would arrive . They didn’t arrive as promised day before and having followed up on the day of the game, right up to kick off they promising they would arrive.

We travelled to the stadium which was some way out of town so when the tickets didn’t arrive, we had some very upset devastated children.

Tickets never arrived, and I’m one month on and still not had a refund and they are ignoring my emails.

Based in Dubai, so probably untouchable.

What is sad about this scam It’s real fans like us with kids travelling to games only to not get in. Disgusting.

I hope at least one person reads this and doesn’t use them.

Bought tickets for Dortmund game a few weeks back and have been claiming against them with my credit card company. the tickets never arrived before we set off for Germany, which was concerning. I tried calling and emailing, no answers, no return messages. The day before we made the decision to buy tickets from the club if they became available. They did and we bought two tickets at a fraction of the cost that I paid these scammers. The tickets from Seatsnet were never delivered. I claimed a refund through my CC company but they have sent them images and some electronic proof that their email with the tickets was sent. So I am stuffed. You only have to read the reviews on here (wish I had previously) to see that in most cases, they do not deliver the tickets. I find it hard to understand how a company like this has not been shut down.

The company has to apologise and compensate for the hurt made

I had my expenses for going to a match after buying tickets

They promise that the tickets will come one hour before the match

I did the travel ( more then 200 km each way ) to the match with my family

And then not only the tickets did not come but also no one answer our phone calls and we were with no tickets after spending money, petrol, time .. etc.

Tickets for RWC were the cheapest I could find and only £10-15 more than face value- way cheaper than viagogo etc.
E- tickets came through a few days before the match and everything went smoothly- was put off by poor reviews but I gave them a go and would definitely use again until such time as I have any issues

This is the worst customer facing company I have ever had to dealt with. What’s worse is that the support stuff seem complicit as well as they just don’t care. Instead, they take customers as impatient and irrational. Who wouldn’t, still with no ticket in hand 2hrs before match kick-off and after spending £1,300 on tickets??? I purchased premium E-tickets for the Arsenal-Spurs game on a Fri for a match playing Sunday. First bad sign was that there was not even an email confirmation of the sale. I managed to contact them through their whatsapp number which had extremely delayed responses. Each time, it was the same “your tickets are 100% guaranteed, be patient” even with 2hrs before kick off. They wouldn’t allow a refund or swapping for tickets from vendors who could dispatch immediately so we could travel to the stadium with tickets in hand. With no tickets in hand an hr before kick off i couldn’t take the risk to travel to Emirates Stadium with my 10yr old. Tickets eventually arrived in my inbox 19min before kick-off, and were for different sections of the stadium, yet i had purchased 2 tickets seated next to each other (which came at a premium vs separately seated tickets) as i had my 10yr old son with me. Not only did they not deliver the tickets in reasonable time, but they delivered what I had not purchased…..it was ordering a tuxedo for a dinner occasion but receiving a ballroom dress….yet they wouldn’t refund my money? Coming from a separate continent, the match was on bucket list to watch my son, but this was all gutted by Seatnet. If you are considering purchasing resale tickets, my advice is look elsewhere other than at Seatsnet.

Avoid at all costs. Bought 2 tickets for a concert paid far too much for them in the first place. But they never came, The company are near impossible to contact found a phone number rang multiple times to no avail so left my details to be contacted by the next available agent they never contacted me. I sent emails never got a reply. Managed to hear from them via a WhatsApp to be promised the tickets would 100% be delivered before the concert started well they never came. And once the concert started the reply's stopped. I'm going to attempt to get a refund but I'm not holding my breath

I bought 5 Liverpool v Chelsea tickets. I flew people to London with accommodation. 4K plus the tickets. They told me my tickets were 100pc guaranteed. Their precise words.The tickets didn't arrive. I chased. They told me the seller didn't deliver. Don't use these people under any circumstances. 1 star is too much for these people. And they chase you to buy but are strangely silent when things go wrong. Pathetic. Hopefully not criminals but let's see. I haven't got my money back yet.

They are an awful company I’ve been waiting since 6th of May for 200 quid. I have emailed them, rang them, live chat the lot. Keep saying well when they answer don’t worry. It’s a total shambles of a company if it is one

I paid for a specific section and for two tickets to be side by side for a concert ticket.
Got a downgraded much worse section and two tickets not next to each other.

Compré entradas para la semi final y final de Roland Garros, pero las entradas en ambos casos no llegaban estando a 8 horas del inicio del partido, y sólo llegaron minutos antes del encuentro cuando yo no pudimos asistir al estadio.

Insistimos comunicarnos con la empresa muchas veces pero no con contestaron el teléfono, ni mail, ni whatsapp.

Realmente una estafa ya que no puede ser que en eventos como estos, los espectadores, que por cierto pagamos mucho dinero, no contemos con nuestros ticket a tiempo.

Hasta la fecha no tengo novedades.

We bought tickets for Harry Style's concert, after the purchase we received an email that the tickets would arrive the day before the concert, we were a little worried and the day before the show we received a message that there was a problem and the tickets would arrive about one to three hours before the concert. Happily, the tickets arrived this morning ahead of schedule, we entered the concert and we had a great time.

Terrible experience- bought expensive tickets for Coldplay. Supplied ones with poor side view - they do not answer calls.

I am fuming my son has paid £616 for two cold play tickets for standing he is currently in Cardiff and being refused entry with his tickets. The e-tickets have another man’s name on them and the face value of each ticket is £104.50, these disgusting people thought it was acceptable to charge my son £236.98 each!! 😡 that’s without adding on an extra £142.18 handling fee. He is a young boy who saved and bought these as an Xmas gift for his girlfriend, how dare you think this is acceptable to do to people! They don’t answer the phone, reply to voicemails so don’t waste your time leaving a message, and they don’t acknowledge their WhatsApp either. I am lost for words that people can actually do this! Not to worry though seats net my cousin is a top barrister in London so this will get sorted! You absolute scum bags!!

This business is a scam. We spent 532€ on two concert tickets and never received the tickets. Trying to call their service lines doesn’t work and the concert has now passed. Please inform yourself and don’t fall for this scam!

Total spam, never received the tickets and couldn't reach the customer service despite emailing ,calling or messaging.

Cannot believe that after all these reviews google still sponsor them.

Wir kauften für fast 400 CHF drei Tickets für ein Fussballspiel in Madrid. Wir bekamen aber von Seatnet leider nur zwei gültige Tickets kurz vor Spielbeginn per Email zugesendet. Das dritte Ticket, das sie uns zwar auch gemailt haben, war der gleiche Sitz wie das zweite Ticket; also ungültig. Auch nach meiner Intervention hin bekamen wir bis Spielbeginn (und bis heute) kein gültiges drittes Ticket, für das wir aber bereits bezahlt haben. Wir konnten also das Spiel nicht anschauen gehen.
Seatnet hat bis heute nicht reagiert, um sich wenigstens bei uns zu entschuldigen. Ich finde auch, dass sie uns das falsche Ticket mit unbrauchbarer Sitznummer zurückbergüten hätten sollen.
Die einzige Reaktion, die wir aufgrund diesem negativen Feedback wohl von Seatnet erwarten können, ist der Antrag bei Trustpilot auf Löschung dieser Beurteilung, da sie nicht glaubwürdig sei... Der einzige, der tatsächlich nicht glaubwürdig ist, ist Seatnet.

Una estafa, un completo robo. Hay que llevar a esta compañía delante de Consumo para que se les caiga el pelo. Yo llevaré a cabo acciones legales, y recomiendo al resto de personas que lo hagan también.
