Originally we bought ticket's to watch Man United-Chelsea,unfortunately due to FA Cup the game had been postponed, so we ended up buying tickets to watch Liverpool-Nottingham Forrest,as it was for my family who flew from different country to see a game..Everything went smooth,we got the tickets ok via WhatsApp,got them 2 days before the game.The only thing I would be careful, if you sell tickets via Seatnet,it's very difficult to get your money back,as it happened to us in October last year,we couldn't make it,I had to sell the tickets and after I sold the tickets,6 months later,still haven't seen my money,can't gey on hold on anyone, nobody wants to speak to you,deal with you,no another way how to withdraw your money out,so I ended up using the money for the Liverpool tickets..So be careful,as you won't get your money back..

Wish I had read these reviews before buying tickets for my wife’s birthday that never arrived. Like everyone else i have had no response to numerous phone calls or emails. Have complained to Google as despite being a clear scam it still appears as Sponsored Ad in searches.

arrived at the emirates with my tickets gained entry to the ground took my seat then before kick off the rightful owner of the seat (season ticket holder) came over and claim his seat. Dispute taken to the box office i was sold stolen / fake tickets and ejected from the ground. i have emailed seatnet for a refund and no response.

disgrace of a company avoid at all costs

I brought my partner tickets for the Fulham vs Chelsea game for 4th Feb. After purchasing in November, in December i realised the date was advertised on the wrong day and couldn't do the new date. I then tried numerous times to re-sell the tickets - knowing i would lose the handling fee i paid on top - which i ended up reselling, so the money is sitting in my wallet. However, they said i can withdraw after the event occurred, which they still haven't given my money to me despite multiple attempts at withdrawing so its just sitting there.
it says to put in payment details into a section on my profile and there is no section in which they speak of.

customer service is basically non-existent!!! and they never answer the phones, say to leave a message but then its always full.

Do not buy from here bought 2 tickets to see the psg game in Paris on 19/02/23 no messages or emails con the number you ring the mail box is full it’s cuts you off after a bit I took a risk with some good reviews complete and utter con.

Bought tickets for the AC Milan v Tottenham game but unfortunately, I never received them.

On the week prior to the game, I tried to call them several times but never managed to ever speak to their delivery team or sales team. In order to speak to someone, I has to pretend to purchase a different ticket and wait for a call from the sales team to aid the completion of the booking.

Nevertheless, I can assure you that if you email them or contact them on Facebook they respond quite quickly but their response are very general and falsely positive.

Thank God I decided to purchase additional tickets on the AC Milan official website as I could not afford to miss the game.

Long behold, few minutes before the game I receive an email notifying that they could not obtain my tickets from the seller and therefore will cancel my original transaction and issue a refund. The next day, the refund was successfully paid back into my account.

I can see that few lucky people have had success with Seatsnet.con and therefore I won’t suggest not to use them, but as for me, I don’t think I’ll ever use them again. However, one thing I can say is that they’re not a scam and will refund you back if they don’t provide you with your tickets.

Lastly, be aware that Seatsnet.com appear in a number of unauthorised event tickets sellers and therefore, purchasing tickets from them is at your own discretion!

A big scam. Do not buy tickets and pay attention to all negative reviews, they are all true. I bought the tickets for the match Paris Saint Germain vs Bayern Munich, which I was supposed to see today February 14th. I traveled from another country to Paris and the ticket alone cost 3000 euros. Now I'm outside the stadium and everything turns out to be a pure fraud and by the authorities. No customer service, two phone numbers in different countries, one in England, one in America, bank account where my money is kept in Dubai. Everything is a scam, ghost, beware, don't buy tickets, don't pay! Note the details, phone numbers, address, there is no official page on social networks, do not fall prey to fraud

Very bad experience. Brought 4 vip tickets for a family members birthday, sale went though and I received the tickets the day before Match which was expected, when my family got to arsenal stadium, their tickets did not scan and arsenal staff made them aware the tickets was fake. Bank temporarily refunded my money until they got hold of seatsnet, I tried over phone email and live chat but nothing back, seatsnet told the bank I received tickets so I got what I paid for? Erm no I didn’t? I didn’t pay all that money for tickets not to work, in which my partner had to buy 4 more tickets at the game as they had already drove 2.5 hours to get there so we are ALOT of money out of pocket now. My bank then took my BENEFIT money back out of my account which was my rent to keep a roof over my 1 YEAR OLD DAUGHTERS HEAD! Because seatsnet refuse to give the bank the money back! Still no response back from them and now my bank is in - and I can’t pay my rent.

I don’t care what you’ve done with my money I would appreciate my money back! Especially with the living crisis at the minute! I didn’t want to write this review but after trying for months for you to contact me and still nothing.

SCAMMERS. Stay away. Horrible experience. One star only because I had to put one. Bought ticket for FIFA World Cup Argentina vs Mexico and paid a lot of money for it. No tickets till now, they don’t answer emails or phone calls. Stay AWAY

I purchased tickets for England vs Japan Rugby. They have sent me whatsapp messages of how to claim my tickets but then just ignore me messages as I ask questions when the process doesn't work. I've sent numerous emails, tried the live chats and called 5 times but there is just no communication. I can only assume it is now a scam company and my tickets will never be delivered. Hoping leaving a review will actually prove me wrong and someone will now finally try and help me. I worry this won't be the case though, so my advice is stay away and stick to the reputable sites everyone.

Ordered 3 tickets for a premier league game and was told they were in the home section of the stadium. When we arrived with my young grandson it became clear we were seated in the away fan’s enclosure which was very unnerving and because of this we had to leave shortly after kickoff. Customer service is not available if you need to complain. Will definitely not be using this company again 100%

Just bought tickets for Fifa World Cup 2022 , utterly disappointed because no ticket number is available and no one is responding to calls or emails

Wouldn’t give any stars but had to to give this review. Sons birthday , ordered 4 tickets for Madrid v Seville. Money taken but told shortly before game couldn’t get the tickets. No refund to date. No response to emails and no answer to calls despite hours on hold. Do not use this company!

Absolutely terrible experience.
Purchased a ticket, received an email saying “payment declined”, but my bank confirmed the payment as successful. When I tried to contact them they only ignore me, so no money, no ticket, no response.

We bought two tickets for Ajax vs Eagles match in Amsterdam four days before match and I did not have any replies since, only man called me while I was buying tickets. SCAM ! It’s been three days after match happened neither I received my money back, neither I received fake tickets. I ve been on a phone line for around 3 hours and nobody replies.

Please avoid this site!
