Today I started a new course of treatment. It was a device I had never seen or used before. Dario made me feel at ease straight away. Took his time, explained everything. Answered all my questions . Guided me through the whole procedure and made me feel confident. From start to finish excellent service from all staff involved.

Visited today by Dario. Excellent discussion and thorough explanation on all aspects of the training for my biologics. His professionalism shone through, he was polite and patient. I was very apprehensive prior to the visit but there was no need to be anxious, everything went smoothly due to Dario’s gentle nature, expertise and encouragement. Thank you so much.

Dario phoned day before appointment and rescheduled appointment for that same day, which suited me well.
He arrived on time, delivered the training, explaining everything revelant about my new medication etc, waited appropriate time after medication, he was very professional and courteous throughout.

I hate how overdramatic their delivery reminders are - you miss one call you get bombarded from all angles - voice mail, text and email saying you are going to miss your next delivery. Schedule before it's too late! They'd do well to review how they communicate with people and to bear in mind people are living with chronic illnesses and don't need this kind of comms.

I would personally like the option to be able to reply to their email and confirm the date I'd like my items, for some reason this is too simple for them.

This company is awful, constantly cancelling orders less than 24 hours before delivery due. Help line are unable to provide details why and then just rearrange deliveries to suit themselves even when customer is not available.

Excellent service, very information with clear instructions, all while putting me at ease and making me feel confident about administering the medication. Clinician checked everything well and showed me how to do the same. Eased any of my slight anxieties about injecting. Very pleasant and calm visit.

Absolutely useless , waited in all day for an appointment made by the nurse the week before , I phoned in several times and promised a callback which never arrived , then when I phoned Sciensus again , I was told the appointment for me showing on the app , needed to be confirmed by the nurse herself , but it was the nurse who made the appointment the week before . We will need to take this further as this is Deadly serious and Lip service will not do , when it’s peoples lives at stake .

I had missed two deliveries due to working and being unable to take phone calls. Jay tried for a third time but was unable to deliver or contact me. I quickly phoned Jay back and explained my situation. He turned his van around and delivered my much needed medication to a neighbour. I am very grateful for his kindness and for being so helpful.

From the first contact with the nurse clinician, who visited me in my home today to train me in the use of self injection pen,very informative and very reassuring, I felt very well cared for. Dario (nurse) was amazing & a credit to the company very professional.

Brilliant experience receiving training for my new treatment. Nurse Dario let me know the night before what time he would be arriving the next morning which was really helpful with organising the kids and I didn't have to sit about for a couple of hours waiting. He was very informative and friendly. Very helpful service especially being able to train from home.
