I have used Sash Windows on three separate occasions for both wooden sash windows and PVC replacements. Each time, their service has been quick, straightforward, and professional. They provided excellent support with technical drawings and managed the entire window installation process seamlessly. They even went above and beyond by helping me find qualified tradesmen to handle the carpentry work needed around the new windows.
I’m so satisfied with their service that I plan to use them again next year for my downstairs windows. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I have an old wonky house and my windows were parallelograms really. These guys did a great job straightening everything out and now i can't hear anything of the street below. My room is much warmer and quieter and it all looks much better

I wanted to replace 4 timber sash windows with new similar looking timber ones, given the old ones were worn out and falling apart in some places with the wood rotting away, as well as having poor thermal and noise insulation. I asked several companies for quotes. SWL came over and provided a quote promptly. I chose them because they appeared professional, knowledgeable and the quote was competitive.

The installation was rather uneventful: we agreed a date (allowing time for the windows to be built), SWL came on time and installed the windows over 2 days as agreed. The installers were courteous and efficient, the place was left clean and tidy. I asked SWL to come back a few days later to adjust (tighten) one of the sash mechanisms. Again, it was done quickly and efficiently.

The new windows look great and seem of good quality. The place look better overall because the new windows look neat (compared to the old ones). There is also a significant improvement with acoustics and insulation.

I would recommend SWL and would likely use them again.

Great service and very happy with my 5 new uPVC sash windows from SWL! The entire process was smooth, easy to follow and the team was friendly and helpful throughout. The Clapham showroom is really handy, well stocked and I'd recommend everyone to stop by if you can.

We had an aging set of wooden French doors that were starting to wear away so decided to use sash windows London to replace them. After an initial consultation and chat we were presented with the options available and chose a new upvc set of doors. The installation team were great, in and out in a day and kept us well informed on how the work was going and what they were working on next. James was a very knowledgeable advisor in selecting new windows and the installation team were friendly and efficient. Post installation, we had some small teething issues with the locking mechanisms but these were fixed promptly

We had some timber balcony doors that were badly affected by the elements so looked around to replace them with upvc doors. I found Sash Windows London from a Google search and was very impressed from the initial meeting, to the quotation, to the surveyor's visit. Going ahead, the day of installation was perfect. The two installers were friendly, very efficient and made little mess considering they had to remove the old doors and install the new ones. And the new doors are a triumph! Can't rate SWL highly enough.

Sash windows lead a friendly team who fitted the windows really quickly and efficiently. The windows have made a big difference to help the house stay warmer through the winter and to keep the heating in. They also look beautiful! I did a bit of research and these were the best looking PVC ones I could find. Would recommend to anyone looking to get new windows installed
