Great customer service. We have used them many times. They are good at communication and they always send polite and friendly workmen.

When things didn’t go as planned they bent over backwards to help us correct the issues at no extra cost even when one of the issues was our fault. The work was carried out as agreed by the works schedule. It was of good quality and was as described.

Wandsworth Sash Windows built and installed our new front door and we’re over the moon with it. The olive green colour match is spot on, and the quality of the woodwork is exceptional. You can feel it’s proper joinery, not factory mass-produced. The guys fitting it were respectful and professional, clearly proud of their work. We had to wait a bit due to the lead time, but that was made clear from the start. Couldn’t be happier with the service or the result.

Placed an order for full replacement of almost all of our sash windows at our home. Workmen were rude, late, messy, caused a significant amount of damage to our carpets and walls (nowhere near any of the windows). Left site without completing the job and it’s a month later without any response from them in spite of repeated attempts to contact Nathan via phone, email etc. This team seem incapable of taking pride in their work, would recommend using quite literally any other company.

The worst company we've ever dealt with (and we've gone through two renovations). We were left with almost £3k worth of damage which WSW have taken responsibility for this, yet are now ignoring us (it's been a month since we heard anything and Nathan - one of the directors - conveniently seems to be unavailable or forgets to call us back). I will forever discourage anyone from our network in Southfields/ Earlsfield from using this company unless you want to be left with extensive damage to sort out yourself. We spend around £20K on new windows and have been left with damaged windows, missing locks locks etc. and ruined carpets/ radiators/ walls. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

It's amazing how many of their positive reviews are from people who only seem to have left one review ever, for Wandsworth Sash Windows. This does make me wonder whether they are indeed genuine positive reviews...

The early visits to see the project were fine, with plenty of phone contact from the office. It was a pretty expensive business so finally I decided to have only the living room done, a 3 window bay. They were so busy that they had to cancel twice as another job had overrun.
The guys who came to measure up were easy to talk to and pleasant. When the actual installing team of two came they took great care with protecting carpets and furniture, the only thing I would say is the boss of the two did not have very good English and was a bit hard to understand, so I was suddenly not sure what was going on,whether to go out or not etc. However result after 1 1/2 days was excellent and stunningly good so all in all an excellent local Company. Recommended.

Wandsworth Sash Windows just finished a big job for us, a handful of sash windows plus a casement at our period property. The whole job ran tight and clean.
Sean ran the survey and didn't rush it. He walked uss through the options and helped us land on the right trade-off between keeping the house's character and adding double glazing.
Ghas and Morgan did the fitting and they were brilliant. Showed up on time every morning, worked quietly, and you could tell they cared about how it looked at the end. Joints, beads, and edges all clean. Floors and furniture stayed covered the whole time, and by the last day the place was spotless.
The admin team kept us in the loop too. When one sash cord needed a tweak afterwards, they had a fitter back at the house within a week (no chasing, no hassle).
The house is warmer, quieter, and the paint finish looks gorgeous. A couple of neighbours have already asked who did them. Worth every penny, reliable, friendly, and the work itself perfectly blends into the rest of the house.

We have dealt with WSW a few times, and have been disappointed with our experience.

When they first installed three windows in our house, the redecoration service was incredibly sloppy - for example the frame around the sash windows in our sitting room has areas that have only been filled to half way up the window, and the installers took it upon themselves to use decorators caulk on a new window seat we had just had custom built, which was designed to have a removable top. Furthermore, the finish on the painting done around the area was terrible.

When we then ordered another window to be replaced with vacuum glass at a later date, it took seven months between ordering the window to when the window was installed, and my emails chasing for updates on production timelines were repeatedly ignored by the company for month long periods. We had been originally told to expect a lead time of 12 weeks. What was particularly surprising was that I was prompted to pay for the second deposit (taking the deposit paid to 90% of the price of the windows) only before we were made aware of any delay, which seemed very convenient.

For our third interaction with the company, when we ordered vacuum glass windows for the final two windows that needed replacing in the house, we were misquoted for the windows due to an error with WSW's invoices, and only told this after we had paid a deposit. When I asked to share the extra cost incurred due to the misquoting, I was told this was not possible. After agreeing to pay the full amount for the windows, I was then told that our order had been cancelled and WSW were not willing to do the job, whilst being given no reason why this was the case. This was in spite of the fact that we already had builders in our house renovating the rooms where the windows were to be replaced, one of which was the only bathroom in our house, whilst we had a six-month old baby (which WSW was aware of).

For anyone looking work with WSW, be sure to check their asymmetric Terms and Conditions, as they will use these to justify cancelling orders, significant delay in lead times, or to absolve themselves from any responsibility for costs incurred to their customers due to factors that are their fault.

I would recommend using The London Sash Window Company instead, who have been incredibly helpful when we had to find an alternative sash window company to deal with, and have shorter lead times. Vacuum glass sash windows are an excellent product, but WSW are not the only company in London who supply them, and our experience with them, from installation to customer services, has been terrible.

In response to WSW's response:

- The review was amended following a request from trustpilot, via WSW, for further details.
- The difference between the quotes was not picked up because WSW said that a discount had been applied to the second quote.
- "Rebuffing" WSW's offer for a refund is a misrepresentation of events - we were in the middle of a renovation project and were trying to reason with WSW who were refusing to do the job in spite of the deposit being paid, given the huge inconvenience associated with not being able to source the windows, the fact that we had since agreed to pay the full price difference between the invoices (which turned out to be £1372), and had paid the small difference in deposit price based on an invoice that had been sent to us for the revised amount.
- Note that per GDPR legislation, WSW are not able to directly share details of our communication with them to other customers.

We've had 2 sash windows, a bay window, and a new front door fitted with WSW and cannot fault them at any point in the process - from the email interactions and updates, to the surveying, to the quality of the product, and the professionalism of the fitting team.

Everyone we've dealt with has been friendly, professional, and helpful, keeping us updated throughout. The joinery itself is of amazing quality - we can't stop staring at it! The house is so much quieter and warmer too.

Special shout out to Bipi and David who fitted everything - they have been lovely to have around and have done a brilliant job, including all the finishing touches. They also left the house cleaner and tidier than when they arrived!

Would never go anywhere else now.

I live in Hove and recently had all new front sash windows fitted by Parsons Joinery / Wandsworth Sash Windows. I'm extremely pleased with the end result.

Initially, I was quite nervous about spending such a significant amount of money, but from start to finish the team were excellent and completely put me at ease. Their communication, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding throughout the process.

The quality of the windows is superb and has exceeded my expectations, and just as importantly, the team were genuinely friendly and a pleasure to have around. Everything looks fantastic and has really transformed the front of the house.

I’m absolutely delighted with the work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. In fact, I’m already recommending them to all my neighbours.

am a huge fan of Wandsworth Sash Windows, for a number of reasons:

- above all, the quality of the product. We had four beautiful sash windows installed in our flat in 2019, and six years later they are as perfect as the day they were put in. They've perfectly held their shape, the movement needs only one finger for opening and closing, and the finish is beautiful. We also had wooden shutters installed at the same time, and again the finish was immaculate, and they look as new today as they did the day they went in.

- the professionalism and skill. The installation by WSW was quick (but not too quick) and showed true craftsmanship. They even brought their own vacuum cleaner to clean up the dust after themselves. It's quite nervewracking to see replacement of a window, cill and arch in an old Victorian property. Six years later, the brickwork hasn't shifted even a millimetre;

- the customer service. We dealt with Matthew and Nathan most of the time, and they were unfailingly responsive, solicitous, and careful to attend to every last detail. When we needed to check up on an aspect of the finish and spec for people looking to buy our flat, Matthew could not have been more responsive to my enquiry, even though there was nothing commercially of benefit to him.

A huge shout out for Wandsworth Sash Windows. I am 100% impressed by this 'local champion' for South London's building community. I'd not hesitate to buy from them again, not least because you feel like you are being supported right through the buying, installing and aftercare service.

We had a complete new set of sash windows fitted throughout our top floor flat and they look brilliant. The quality of the joinery is exceptional, proper traditional styling but double-glazed for comfort. The fitters worked quietly, cleaned up each evening, and were very polite. Charlie in the office was super responsive to emails, even when I asked for small changes. It’s rare to find a company that combines craftsmanship and good communication so well.

We had a new set of French doors installed by WSW and they’ve completely lifted our living space. The craftsmanship is beautiful, solid, smooth, and finished in a perfect satin tone that matches our interior. James in the office kept us informed throughout and the fitters were genuinely lovely people. A little delay in the manufacturing stage, but they were upfront about it. The final product is worth every penny. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Wandsworth Sash Windows fitted a new front door for us and it looks amazing. From the first quote with Sean to the installation, everything went smoothly. The fitters were polite, careful, and really skilled. The door feels solid and secure, and the polished brass fittings give it that extra touch of class. There was a slight delay in delivery, but communication was excellent, and the final result is better than expected. Excellent company.
