As we needed some new windows in our property we reached out to them and to be honest we could not have made a better choice .

We ended up placing an order and the experience of dealing with Sash Windows London has been exceptional from start to finish . Absolutely first class .

From dealing with Lydia, the showroom manager, to Tony who complete the site survey, to Sreetha from the installation team to actually dealing with the installer Andrew and his colleague on the day of installation we could not have wished for a better journey .
There has been excellent and timely communication at every step of the way , pricing is very competitive and transparent and the installers have done a fantastic job on the day to install the new windows . We even had a quality control manager attend from the office at the end of the installation to make sure that everything was done to a very high standard.

We are so pleased and happy with the end result because the windows look fantastic and we are looking to place another order for two more windows soon .

From estimate to fitting, the company has been professional and accommodating. The fitters themselves were very good, tidy and precise. Shout out to Kaspar and Ivan - very hard working. They had a third floor job without lift and carried out their work without complaining.

I am very satisfied with this company. I decided to replace a window in one of the rooms of my house that used to be very cold. I chose a wooden window because my home is located in a conservation area. The new window is beautiful and fits perfectly with both the façade of the building and the interior of the room.

The installers were extremely professional and efficient. Considering that I have carpet throughout the house, they were incredibly careful they covered all the furniture and the carpet properly, and took away the old window and all the waste materials.

Sash Windows London came to fit our excellent bespoke double-glazed dormer casement wooden window on Friday 10th October 2025. The twin opening window is really splendid. It was designed to match the missing 1894 original - using a surviving pair of windows on the other side of the property. The finish and fittings on the window - including the monkey tail wrought iron catches - look and feel very authentic. Our whole experience with Sash Windows London was excellent from start to finish - from the first visit to the Battersea showroom, through to survey visit, estimate, contract, and final delivery and installation. Everyone that we deal with were friendly and highly efficient. The three person fitting-team were punctual, highly efficient and very tidy. Altogether, we had a very positive experience and would be very happy to recommend this business.
