I bought The model David is Black.. within 2 weeks the product broken and I contacted customer support through WhatsApp, But their response was I should wait for a day to get a response, it’s been 2 days they haven’t responded with the solution… quality is very bad…

i recently ordered through Flipkart. not only did I get my eyeglasses, but so many accessories!! one sticker, one cleaning liquid, and one cloth i think its microfibre, there was also one convertible case that had a magnet and I was like WOW! Great brand experience! Also eyeglass quality was fantastic

Osm quality and best fitted design

I purchased a frame (spects) in Aug 23, the nosegrip along with metal part was glued with the frame which later on detached within three months. This company doesn’t care a bit for their customers and after sales service. Lenskart is much better and atleast they care for the customers and has best after sales service. Dont buy from them my suggestion

Not recommended at all, their products are not quality one and they are very annoying when it comes to exchange/ refund even after twenty days of returning the product still no refund yet just giving the timeline of 48 hours every day very annoying, even they are selling cheap products.

I just received black silver ore. I just loved it. Perfect packaging. You will get a box, a pound and other things also. Just loved it.

Very disappointed. Don't be fooled by the pictures, product received is not as advertised. Looks like any random sunglass, the edgy design that i was hoping for; the whole point of buying this glasses is missing. And it's better to use a cardboard or plastic to protect the sunglass than to use the cover that is provided with the glass. Zero is what I think of this brand now.

Product quality was extremely good and premium. Stylish design. Very nice packaging. Box quality is also nice. Also customer support is very quick and smooth. Exchanging item was so easy.
