I had to return to my country -i,m not from India-and they do the best to have the sun glasses in time.
The product perfect

I am extremely disappointed with the service being provided regarding the pickup of my shipment.
For the last two weeks, I have been repeatedly informed that my parcel will be picked up the same day. However, no representative has visited even once for collection. Despite this, I keep receiving messages that the pickup was not done and am asked if I want to reschedule. This is highly frustrating because there has been no actual attempt from your side to carry out the pickup.It appears that after receiving payment, no effort is being taken to fulfill the service, and the repeated false updates are nothing short of harassment for the customer. This has caused unnecessary delays and inconvenience, making me question the reliability of your service.I request you to kindly take immediate action, arrange the pickup without any further excuses, and ensure such lapses are not repeated in the future.

I ordered sunglasses from them l. While ordering on website, the glasses were tinted from inside but when I got the order, those were not tinted. I asked them to replace but they said that they forgot to update it on website that they are not tinted anymore in the new batch. This is how much unprofessional they are. They should not be trusted.

Cheap roadside Chinese product. Frame broken in 3-4 times use. When contacted customer service, they give knowledge of their policy.

Firstly the shipping and delivery was on time and excellent. I received my product within 2 days in spite of being a non metro town.
The quality is top notch and as expected.
I recommend their product range for sunglasses.

However I can see some negative reviews in past, I hope Sam & Marshall will work together and make zero negative reviews in the future so that review section will be added to below production description. Terrible experience! I placed an order, and they claimed it was out of stock after confirming. I requested a refund, but they sent vague screenshot of a supposed “payment ID” instead of a refund confirmation. After that, they completely stopped responding to my emails. My bank confirmed no refund was processed. This company is a scam with awful service—don’t waste your money here! I never got my money back.

I purchased spectacles from Sam n Marshall for the first time, and it has been the worst experience ever!!!! The specs I received were ill-fitted; completely unsuitable for my face. Despite my thin nose, the frame was broad and kept slipping off constantly.

When I raised a complaint, I was informed about their one-time return or replacement policy, which is absurd considering I had already replaced the product once. My initial intention behind opting for their brand was to support a new business and promote it, not to incur their loss. But even after the replacement, they failed to deliver a proper product.

I requested a return and was even willing to bear the shipping cost, yet they refused to take the product back. This is nothing short of a SCAM! I’ve wasted my hard-earned money on their UNRELIABLE BRAND!!

I will never recommend their brand to anyone!!👎👎❌️❌️

I returned the item , and its been 3 days i havenot received any response regarding shipment of new product, i have paid 1.7k

Bad products, in 20 days I got scratches on my Glasses using their cloth and cleanser

I ordered two eyeglass, both were of superior quality but unfortunately for me one of the eyeglass were a bit too big. I contacted the company via whatsapp and they provided me a quick resolution to solve my query
(almost as quick as Amazon) For return and refund. The eyeglass i decided to keep feels lightweight but heavy enough to give that premium luxurious feel, the details are crisp and overall the materials used seems sturdy. Complimentarily, I also received a really luxurious case with another microfiber pocket case( the primary case is where you usually keep the lens for storage, the secondary microfiber interior with leather like exterior finish is used if you wanted to temporarily remove the lens and place it in your pocket as an example, this pouch prevents sractches or damage to the frame and lens) and finally lens cleaning solution along with a microfiber cloth for wiping the lens.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
