I had a really frustrating issue with my flight booking, but Mark completely turned the experience around. From the start, he was patient, professional, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to understand the problem, explained everything clearly, and made sure it was fully resolved without any stress on my end.
What stood out most was his communication, quick, clear, and reassuring throughout. It’s rare to come across customer service like this these days.
