This is a click bait company, making customer book showing low flight prices, later a representative will call saying your flight has some missing essential or couldnt be booked and asking to pay additonal sum, customer is stuck in this situation and they would not refund or if there is cancellation from their side it wont be until the travel date making it difficult to book elsewhere and witnessing the costs going up. Pls dont get scammed, go for trusted agencies .

My experience with CheapFlyShop has been extremely frustrating and concerning.

My wife booked a flight through CheapFlyShop, and afterwards, an agent named Christopher contacted her and requested additional payment. After checking directly with the airline, I discovered that the amount CheapFlyShop was asking me to pay was approximately $2,000 more than the ticket cost confirmed by the airline.

This has raised serious concerns about pricing transparency and the way customers are treated. Customers should not have to deal with unexpected demands for additional money after booking a flight without receiving a clear and satisfactory explanation.

I have already initiated a **chargeback through my payment provider**, and I am preparing formal complaints to the **Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC)** and **NSW Fair Trading**. I want this matter properly investigated and the company held accountable if any wrongdoing is established.

I will also be sharing the details of my experience across social media platforms so that other travellers are aware of what happened to me. I intend to continue posting honest, factual updates about my experience and the progress of my complaint so that consumers can make informed decisions before booking with this agency.

I will not remain silent about an experience that has caused me this much frustration. I believe customers deserve transparency, fair treatment, and honest communication when spending their hard-earned money on flights.

Booked return flights for two for A$1,051.74.
24 hours later I'm told only the return flight is booked. My flight to Bali has been waitlisted for 10days, with their representative estimating just a 20% chance of confirmation for 1 of us, less to get both (We leave in 13 days!!!)
I was quoted another $620 for confirmed fares (A 59% increase on the price!) or $500 to cancel and get a refund.
Existing flights online are way cheaper to book without going through Cheapflyshop
Read between the lines of the other reviews - This is a regular scam.
I've had to go through Fair Trading and ACC.
Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere.

Cowboys - avoid at all costs. They have said I'll get a refund but indicated that I wont get all of my money back for some reason, despite them not being able to make the booking I wanted.
