My experience was same as other negative reviews
My experience with CheapFlyShop.au was extremely disappointing and closely reflected many of the negative reviews I had read.
Before purchasing, I specifically called to ask about the negative reviews and was told that “only about 3% of tickets are not immediately confirmed.” Of course, ours was one of them.
Twenty-four hours later, I received a phone call saying the return flight had been booked but there was a problem with the outbound flight. They then tried to get me to pay an additional 75% of the entire return ticket price.
When I asked for a refund, I was told that because the return flight had already been booked and was non-changeable and non-cancellable, they could not refund me immediately and I would have to wait seven days.
I sent a formal email of complaint demanding a refund. Another 48 hours later, they called again, still trying to persuade me to pay the extra 75%.
It took considerable effort and nearly a week before I finally received my refund.
My experience was that the advertised booking process was far from straightforward, and the subsequent pressure to pay substantially more was unacceptable. Having specifically raised my concerns before purchasing, the whole experience was particularly frustrating.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise other travellers to read the negative reviews carefully and think twice before booking with CheapFlyShop.

Fortunately for CheapFlyShop, when the service customer returned call this morning, October 27th, she turned things around with her patient and very good service, marked with lots of patience, understanding and willingness to seek for the best solution on the problems that I was unaware that I got myself into unknowingly.

I was really disappointed that the…
I was really disappointed that the initial deal was not honored. I particularly was annoyed by the fact that I was required to make the payment and then the flights were not made available as I could have rebooked on my own. Dean, your representative on the phone was empathetic to the situation and brought me back around. He was professional and delivered on what I asked for. Whilst I still had to make additional arrangements on my end for additional accommodation, I overall am happy with the outcome and happy with the service provided by Dean.

This is a click bait company
This is a click bait company, making customer book showing low flight prices, later a representative will call saying your flight has some missing essential or couldnt be booked and asking to pay additonal sum, customer is stuck in this situation and they would not refund or if there is cancellation from their side it wont be until the travel date making it difficult to book elsewhere and witnessing the costs going up. Pls dont get scammed, go for trusted agencies . Im stuck with my booking .
