After I caught their agent trying to extort me with the fake "1PC = 1 Personal Confirmation" lie, I formally demanded the call recordings under UK GDPR law. Their response? They BLOCKED my email address! They are terrified of the UK authorities hearing the audio of their extortion. They are actively hiding evidence and running away with my money. My bank (Chase UK) has taken over to force the refund. TOTAL SCAMMERS!

An absolutely scam stay away from flighttoworld, they asked me to pay £680 for luggage

They’ve chosen another companies name and slipped an ‘o’ in the middle.

I bought a short notice off peak flight to Toronto for £331 when others were available for between £400 and £420.
Got an email straight back confirming details and saying I would get my E ticket 48 hours later.
The next morning I got a call from them to say that the only way the seat could be confirmed was if I paid another £250 for a 7kg cabin bag or £350 for a checked bag. When I expressed by disgust at this he told me it was in the terms and conditions. He kept repeating himself in an aggressive and patronising manner which I wasn’t prepared to engage in. I said I would look into things and get back to him.
I read the terms and conditions again and found nothing relevant so I called Mastercard who got my bank to call me back. They were happy to start a chargeback under the section 75.
I then called the company back to inform them of this and after much ado, I got my refund. It took several hours of my precious time on the phone over two days when I should have been dealing with other important matters.

Please be careful if you don’t pay with a credit card or deal with it promptly you may not be so lucky. My next step is to report them to trading standards.

Booked a flight and paid then was told this is promotional price and flight is not available tried to get more money for another flight and refused refund so I have lost my money. How is this company allowed to to this ? Complete scam!!!

Warning! This company is a scam. Avoid even if tempted by their deceitful prices.

Shocking. Wish I s read these reviews before booking. I paid £4000 to be told the flight was promotional and not available, I asked for a refund was told i would have to wait 4/6 weeks before it was issued. This was after them asking for an extra £4000. Lots more lies too. Avoid like the plague. Thu should be banned from trading.

Booked tickets as they were advertised cheaper than other companies. Didn’t say anything about a promotional price or that your check in luggage was not included. So no e- tickets to date have tried fobbing me off with upgrades or paying for luggage separately. This was another means of taking more of your money and not delivering.
A total scam. Avoid this company completely.

This is another a reputable company. They let you book flights at a good price and then tell you they are not available.

I strongly advise everyone to stay away from FlyToWorld.UK. I purchased a ticket from them, and after taking my money, they failed to provide me with an e-ticket. I’ve contacted them multiple times, but they keep giving excuses and no real solution.

This company is completely untrustworthy and unprofessional. They take your payment and disappear without fulfilling their service. I feel scammed and disappointed — no one should have to go through this.

Please save yourself the stress and do not book with FlyToWorld.UK.

mis leading sale=failed to provide e ticket if it was available=when called by phone was then only told a promo fare= i then would not engage with a sales pitch to get a fare with a checked luggage.
fare paid currently not returned and is to be handled by bank chargeback only after they had monies for 7 days.
London telephone number answered in India, agent when asked his location stated Edinborough then Deli, heard hindi spoken in across a loud call centre.
a Mastercard payment was also declined to this Flightoworld.uk company.
my check to atol did not show them listed, but they say they are.

Terrible company! They are more like scammers please avoid them by all means. I had a very ugly experience with them booking my flight. After collecting money for my ticket they refused to send the ticket and instead ask me to pay extra £300 for an upgrade ticket. It was like war asking them to refund my money back.
