Voyage eyewear is a fraud company don't buy from here they don't refund your amount after the return of order

2. No Address,
3. No Customer Care Number
4. Product quality not matched which is show in pictures
5. frame width not mentioned, by default order goes wrong (Voyage e-comm web design only for trap)
6. worst refund policy: apply coupon code, refund revert by coupon code

This is really the worst ever experience I have gone through till now in my shopping criteria.. Already I had faced the same issue of not delivering the parcel within estimated time, still I decided to give a 2nd chance to try this time.. But VOYAGE is doing the same like before by extending my order day by day..Even they didn't deliver my 1st order before.. Im really disappointed with your page... the worst experience, the worst delivery partner, the worst support team I have gone through till now.. this hasn't happened before in any of the websites...Never ever I'm gonna order anything or give a try from your products and won't prefer your page to anyone!

The worst experience with you guys literally it has never happened before this with any online site or platform apart from this your whatsApp guy said that you have entered the wrong address my all order from online platform Delivered on same address everyday you guys send a sms to me that ny order will be delivered today everyday like a dumbass i was waiting a whole day for my order but they will never arrived on my location moreover they have guts to say that i refused to accept my order and this is happening everyday your whatsApp customer service is pathetic we belongs from a middle class family I was trying to save my money to get those sunglasses which I ordered it's very hard to save money consistently when you are from middle class family at the end of wating a whole week my money is spended on other stuff now I have to find other way to get money and it's not about the money I waited for delivery man I even not able to go my office they will deducted my salary for my absence just because of you guys it's really very pathetic very disappointed who will gona pay for my office salary which will be deducted just cause of your unprofessionalism and how can I reorder now without my money . I know how much time was taken to save some money to get those sunglasses being from middle class family even I would say lower middle class family that money was saving of two months of mine

Cheap quality sunglasses. I should have bought a sunglass from roadside vendor. They are spending money on cases and other stuff rather than creating a quality sunglass.

My experience with Voyageeyewear.

When I saw the digital ad, I purchased a pair of sunglasses worth 1199 Rs/- for 800 Rs/- using an offer code.

Upon receiving the product, I was very disappointed with the size—it was too large. I immediately returned it.

However, I only received the amount I paid from my pocket as a refund, not the full offer amount, which was fine. No questions asked.

The main problem is that the refund was issued as a coupon code with a 6-month validity period, which I didn't want to use.

I decided not to order any more products from your website (Voyageeyewear) because of this coupon code issue. However, I eventually selected another product valued at 1399 Rs/- and paid the extra amount.

Unfortunately, the size of this new product was too small. I attempted to return it, but the return option was disabled. My frustration grew, but I finally managed to get the return request approved. I then spent 1599 Rs/- to purchase another exchange.

Now, I've received a message from the team, there are no refunds or returns for this exchange.

This is very frustrating. If I don't like your brand's sunglasses, what should I do with your coupon code? I have already spent a considerable amount of money due to your terms and conditions. Instead, I could have bought the same product from Amazon or Flipkart, which offer better customer service.

Your policies are misleading, and they cause major problems for customers. In the end, it feels like you are taking advantage of customers, resulting in significant frustration and dissatisfaction.

NOTE: I'm going to share with my Influencers team to talk about. Customers should get to know of this.

Cheap sunglasses, don't accept returns very bad customer service. I was fooled wouldn't recommend anyone else to go with this brand

Poor quality product I returned glasses back to them but I didn’t receive any refund.

they have some good design but material and everything else is cheap.... plus if you are buying from them .check their return policy.... they dont mention as final sale like we see in west... i would say there are similar options on other sites....buy at your own peril....

Really very cheap roadside quality

The collection is sick. A lot of european designs made with quality. I got a frame, and I can be confident that I won't see myself coming and going. It's pretty unique for me. I got Loree Rodkin cat eye optical frame with crazy titanium hand-carved design on the side. I love Loree Rodkin jewelry, and I never saw anyone carrying her eyewear. I would spend all my money there, but I need to pay for my rent :)

Bought a pair of Undostrial 11 sunglasses from Voyage Eyewear. They have a big selection, and cheap prices. Customer service and shipping time are top notch!
