It was very nice experience, this is my 2nd time with sabz solicitors

My Experience with sabz solicitors was very good . My parents visitor visa was refused twice. Then I applied through sabz solicitors MR. BILAL BABAR advised me very professionally and helped me through out the process MS. ALANTA TRUBOCHINAITE is my caseworker done very good job and my parents got visa. First I want to thank MR Amir Farooqui for doing an excellent job with my wife's visa, he made it easy and quick, everytime I call and I was unsure about something he would be there to clarify them , sometimes he was in meetings and he would call back even when he was home after work , my wife got the visa within

I highly recommend Sabz solicitors. Ms Shabnam Mughal was in charge of my case from the begining. She has been working on my Asylum seeker case. She gave me a plan with great advice and guidance on what can be done. She is professional and knows what she is doing.

What they after is to get your money after which they do not care anymore, then wait for you to chase them around to do their jobs. Give you wrong advice and start handing you over from one of their colleagues to the other. Poor communication, poor experience. Paid £1300 for visa service, after weeks they claimed they forgot and at the end got a refusal for the application that could have been avoided if they were sincere from the onset. After weeks of unreplied emails they Pushed the blame to me as if they were not paid to go through the documents. Contacting them is just a waste of time and waste of money as they are just after getting paid and offer you zero support and assistance.

We had a hard time getting a solicitor for our case until we contacted Sabz. It took a long time because of backlogs, but we got the result we'd hoped for. We were informed every step of the way and no matter how many questions we had, they were always answered in a timely manner.

Had our case gone a different way and we'd had to pay more for an appeal, I'm sure I wouldn't be as happy. However, they prepared our case in a way that ensured the best chances of success.
