IES LIES LIES !! They don’t listen to there clients they do as they please This firm is a absolute joke everything they say to you is all lies and rubbish promise you the world just so you go with them so they can help there self to your money of your thinking’s of going with theses don’t are if you are already with them get out as fast as you can ! They will rinse you and bare face lie
I will give you a couple of example these set a phone contact up for me and I went on holiday and my mobile data went over and I asked why did they not cap the contract so you can’t go over it and they said and I quote “that’s not my issue that’s yours” !! And they deducted money out of my weekly allowance they give me they will never admit when they have messed up they just sit there and write notes what there is no truth in them at all they work on your case and keep changing you for it ! It’s disgusting what they do they do as they please they don’t ask you how you feel about the discussions they make don’t ask if you have any suggestions to what they are going to do ! They cancelled my holiday and did not even make me aware that they have cancelled it just did it they don’t care how you feel about anything they do ! Believe me stay away false promises with them just so they can help thers self to your money they have and write lie after lie notes so they charge you for the lies they write and tell you ! STAY FAR AWAY ARE IF NOT GET AWAY !!! You. Also get spoken to like you are a idiot like you are stupid they don’t ask you about anything they just make notes what they constantly lie in them just so they work on your file so they can charge you absolutely shocking charges on deputyship cost so basically they are helping them selfs to your money I’m a client hear and. People need to know the truth and I’m going to keep fight till I’m listened to yes I have a brain injury but I’m not stupid they would not let me sort my own capacity assessment out they phoned me n said they know someone who they have never worked with but when I asked the man who came and did the assessment said he has worked with the above firm on a number of accusations so there was another lie and he did a full capacity assessment in 20 minutes after I was told I have got a fantastic memory and I know I did very good but what you think happened??? YES I failed it I also went to my gp surgery n arranged my own with them after the office of public garden-ship told me I can have it done of my own gp and my gp said I passed with flying colours I told this firm and they phoned my doctors surgery threatening them with reports from the courts n my doctors then rushed to do a report for me !! All this so they can basically steal your money with deputyship charges its actually disgusting and it’s time to stand up and be listened to for people with a brain injury like myself ! They even refused to order me a bed and nursery furniture for my new born baby ! They are a absolute joke
