I would give zero star if i could, i think many people who dealt with this firm know exactly what i mean.
Just to summarize my personal Eu immigration matter experience in a few words: bad communication, terrible case follow up, missing up my brother's EEA Family permit application.
Don't fall for the cheap price for their services because something always gotta give .i don't recommend wasting your money nor your time.

Slow and careless dealing with my case.
I made an enquiry and it all seemed like things were getting there. They gave me false expectetives saying that my mum's euss family permit was going to be straight forwards and that showing dependency was not that relevant...well, guess what? I had a refusal letter stating that proof of dependency provided (applicant's bank statement, money transfer receipts) was not enough, and also relationship with sponsor was not provide, quite strange, because I sent my DNA certificate to my solicitor as a proof, so obviously something happened there but I don't know if my solicitor forgot to submit it or HO didn't see it.
Another thing that drave me mad about this agency was the lack of communication. Everytime I called, a very rude receptionist will pick it up and say that Anisa (my solicitor) was busy and she will contact me back. She never did. This frustrating situation kept happening throughout all the process, from the collection of the supporting documents till the decision date.
Not just that. I had to called UKVI and immigrations myself to have an update. Bare in mind, I paid this agency so that they can deal with everything but I ended up doing their job.
Horrible experience with a bad ending.
I honestly don't understand the 5 star reviews some people have giving them, till the point I question if there are real.
Stay away!!!!!

SABZ have given us absolutely appalling service. Firstly, they have given us poor and incorrect advice that has meant that my partner will now be stuck in the US. Secondly, when we asked for help here, not only did we not get a reply, but there was no one who was willing to help us. They were also very rude on the phone to us and refused to help.

Sadly, this should have been a very easy case, but has been made more difficult by poor advice and support.

I would avoid using this company. I would recommend that people look elsewhere.

Gives wrong info. It was said that we need to pay for priority service to speed up the process and it will take 3 weeks to get confirmation. But now I work with a different company after taking my refund and I see that the natural time for application is 3 weeks and priority service is 5 days time if we request. So dissapointing company, Sabz solicitors.

Absolute Thief and robbing peoples money.

They quoted me £2500 for their charges for my case. The senior solicitor called me and gave me only 5 to 10mins for assessment. I paid £500 for upfront fee. Now I don’t want to go ahead with them and they are refusing to give the money back. The reasoning it the solicitor charge £600 for 2 hrs. Really 2 hours or 10mins. Never ever recommend anyone to this team. Bloody thief and cheaters.

Trying to get my fiance and her daughter from Ukraine 🇺🇦 into the UK, this firm are a trip or fall specialist, avoid.

Just wasting money and time. They are not professional at all. Even they don't know what they are doing. I paid £800 for my girlfriend tourist visa. They told me it was very strong case. And case was lost. And they blamed consulate 😂 They said don't worry we can make another application and you need to pay another £500. I said my offer is £200 if you win I pay another £400! .. £100 more then you asked. They said £300 frond if they win another £300. And I refused their offer. So You can make a deal with this firm. Offer halfif they win pay other half of the money 💰💸 keep your money safe ☺️

My partner had been in the UK illegally for 7 years, we tried to regulate his stay with another immigration solicitor but was refused in March due to our circumstances. My partner then went to Albania to see if he could apply for a visa from there, the application was again refused in May as our solicitor had told us to apply for the wrong visa.

After getting two refusals, we lost hope of our chances. After doing an internet search, I came across Sabz Solicitors or ukimmigrationsolicitors, I was a bit skeptic at first having not heard of them and reading a few reviews. I called the company and explained my situation, they told me that they could help me with my case and everything would be done properly. They said that they usually charge hourly but because it was a complex case with two refusals there would be a fixed price, this price remained fixed. The payment had to be made on the same day for all work to commence. This made me more skeptic but I agreed because they sounded like they knew exactly what had to be done in my matter.

A few days later I was called by a Senior Solicitor who walked me through each stage of the process and the documents that I had to prepare on my side. Everything was clear and I was emailed exactly what was spoken about over the phone and was given a checklist of the documents/evidences I had to prepare along with the details of who my caseworker would be. I was still feeling anxious of not meeting the team face-to-face but I was calm in the knowledge that everything was prepared accordingly to my personal circumstance and not could not afford to lose hope, especially as I was suffering with very bad mental health since.

After a few days, I was introduced to my caseworker over the phone, however he unfortunately fell off sick and I was appointed to a different caseworker, Mr Amir Farooqui. This made me really nervous as I was worried that the work would not be followed through the same. However, the service that Amir gave was exceptional! From the beginning he was very attentive and was always available if I had any questions. I was informed on every single step of the process in a professional manner. Everything was explained clearly to me and I wasn't given any false promises as I did with a previous immigration solicitor from a different company.

Throughout the process, Amir would send me drafts of the application as well as the cover letter to ensure I was happy with it and made it clear that nothing would be sent until he had received all of the evidences and I was happy with everything he had written, he even stayed overtime to ensure that I was happy for the application to be submitted.

I had paid for the 6 week priority service as I was could not wait for me and partners life to go back to normal especially being apart for 8 months on and off. We submitted the application on 8th October and Amir had told me that there was a biometrics appointment available in Albania on the 16th! We were over the moon!! Usually we had to wait 1 month for the appointment! We took the appointment and this allowed enough time for Amir to upload all the documents and my partner to get everything ready. The 6 weeks started after the biometrics had been given.

These 6 weeks were the longest of our lives, I was constantly ringing Amir asking if he had received any news, knowing that he was on top of everything and that he would inform me if so, as I was beginning to lose hope and was prepared to ask the Home Office for the priority refund. Finally in the 6th week, on 24th November, I received an email from Amir saying that a decision had been made and the passport was ready for pick up. But I was still nervous. No definite response. However, Amir informed me that usually if it were a refusal, it would be given to the Solicitors first. But of course, I had to see it to believe it. Today, my partner picked up his passport, with a shiny UK visa inside!!!!!

We are over the moon!!!!!!! I will forever be grateful to this amazing company, no wonder they are number 1 solicitors in Manchester for Immigration! Especially to Amir! We couldn't have been given a more caring, professional and expert Solicitor. His cover letter was 6 pages long and clearly highlighted all of the aspects as to why the visa should be approved even with two refusals and a breach to Immigration rules!

Do not believe the bad comments! I was skeptic as first but after the amazing experience and service we have received, from the receptionist who was 100% knowledged in immigration matters, to the senior solicitors to Amir, we cannot wait to do our visa extension with this company, hopefully with Amir!
