We have used Sabz 3 times now - twice for complicated citizenship applications and more recently for a UK spouse visa. Raiyana Patel was our case worker on a the last two applications. She guided us through the whole process with the utmost efficiency and patience and responded to all our queries promptly. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sabz.

Raiyana Patel from this company helped me secure a Spousal Visa for my husband of 4 years to live a normal married life with me. The process from the UK Home Office is and was difficult but with the patient assistance of Raiyana despite my sometimes frustrated rant about the system he is now home

These people are scammers, and they will scam you. As soon as you send them the upfront payment, you will never hear from them again.

I submitted a bid to the resolution team on the 13th of March, in the time since we filed independently AND received a successful visa decision, and we have still not heard from the resolutions team about a refund. This organization works slower than the actual UKVI.

Paid upfront 3k under the agreement of aid in filing fiancé entry and a future spousal visa (1500 each). But due to the mismanagement of our case, we decided to terminate our working relationship and file the fiancé ourselves. They have refused to refund us any of the retains despite holding money for two visas, neither of which we filed with them.

Our case worker never communicated with us. We filled out our questionnaire; I sent her an email asking for clarification on a few pieces of evidence and did not receive a response for over two weeks. We tried calling our case worker and were told she was not available and would call back, never called back. My fiancé had to go to the office in person for our case worker to care about noticing us, to which point she replied to my email using the wrong name. Evidently in two weeks our case worker did not even look at any of our paperwork. That is the ONE time we EVER heard from our case worker in the entire duration of our case with this organization.

I will add that when my fiancé went physically to the office, the workers there attempted to gaslight him into thinking it was our fault our case worker was allergic to working because we hadn’t sent the evidence documents over. Oh… you mean the evidence I emailed you seeking clarification on two weeks ago that you refused to answer, and dodged all our phone calls over? Absolutely disgusting treatment, they want to be paid to upload and nothing more.

Raiyana Patel Was absolutely amazing I highly recommend using her, she’s very knowledgeable in everything she done for my husbands spouse visa application. The communication was also very spot on. Honestly guys if you want a good immigration experience go with Raiyana Patel. I am very happy with my new life I can have thank you for everything you have done for this to happen. I used sabz services for my spouse visa application to the UK. The caseworker was rude, didn't disclaim any information, made mistake and was careless with me. Taking in consideration I've paid 1.5K for their services, they should have least make an effort. But they're as caring as a Mac Donald's employee on their last day of work

Raiyana Patel was my case worker when my mother’s visa was initially denied. She attended to the case and her visa was approved. This was very important to me as I had just given birth and wanted the emotional support from family.

They deceived me in a most unethical way and dupped me of my money and later said they spent 45mins on a call with me so that money is gone. Still never provided the immigration service for which I went to them in the first place.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I received. While documents were submitted, there was no meaningful legal strategy or proactive guidance throughout my case, despite being charged £2,000 plus VAT. Following the refusal, I was then quoted a further £600 plus VAT for an administrative review.

Key evidential risks were not identified or explained to me in advance, and I was not properly advised on how the Home Office would scrutinise my application. Evidence gathering felt reactive rather than planned, and the evidence itself was never discussed in any meaningful way. No strategic insight or assessment was provided.

When I asked legal questions, I was frequently told “it’s up to you” rather than being given clear professional advice. I expected guidance, risk assessment, and strategic input, not merely document collection.

I also found communication difficult, as I often had to repeatedly prompt for actions such as requesting evidence from third parties, rather than this being handled proactively as part of case management.

Given the seriousness of immigration matters, I would expect a solicitor to actively lead a case and advise on risks and strategy, rather than leaving the client to identify gaps themselves. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

Unfortunately I can't leave the name of the solicitor as I was asked to remove it. So if you're unlucky he might be your solicitor so if I was you I'd avoid the firm completely.

I had a very positive experience with SABZ Solicitors, particularly with Raiyana Patel. Just like a lot of the reviews here, i have not had a pleasant experience with them
First off the communication was very poor with me having to email and call multiple times over a span of a couple of days to get replies to my questions
Next my caseworker, Talal, wasn’t very comforting in his knowledge of immigration matters with almost always having to “ask and get back to me”
After being advised to do a fee waiver by this firm, I was rejected from two colleges because the same fee waiver and they believed I had overstayed my visa, this firm was not able to remedy any of the denials and despite the 1000s of dollars already paid for their services, I lost an extra couple of thousands in the form of non-refundable fees from the school
Finally and nail on the coffin, after finally receiving a CAS from a school and handing it over to Talal and SABZ Solicitors to finalise my case, my visa was denied by the home office for the reason that I had overstayed my visa, bare in mind nothing I did was contrary to what they said I could or could not do - in simple terms, I did everything they said and was not only refused a visa, but refused entry to the UK for the next year and the matter on my record. After this denial I had waited 2 days to be contacted by them on what they described as an ‘urgent matter’ though they did not treat it that way, finally meeting with me they refused to conduct an administrative review of my case and instead advised me to wait out the year and contact them if i want to reapply after, what a silly and stupid idea! Along with that, the only time I was reached out to by them again was so they could request an outstanding balance of £300 and that was it, not a single communication from them anymore regarding anything. They have failed at the one thing they claim to be good at, immigration, but are still out deceiving people that they are able to help. My experience with this firm has shown nothing but incompetence and regret on my side, I have done a visa in the past on my own and it was granted, why I didn’t just do that again is something I’ve regretted deeply but decided to move on to better things with my life. Avoid these people at all costs, they don’t know their job

Honestly my experience using UKImmigrationSolicitors/Sabz Solicitors (they operate under one company) started of so well. The female from the assessment team was amazing and provided the best service - answered every question I had. Unfortunately, the same could not be said regarding one of their advisors in the customer relations department. He handled the refund process and is the reason for my review. We paid a deposit around £1,000 to start the application and had a consultation a few days later however due to another party not wanting to proceed with our immigration application we had to cancel. They made it clear no official paperwork had begun but we were told we had to have £400 deduction for ‘admin fees’. I had to dispute this and it was reduced to £300. I completed the refund form and almost one week had passed so I called for an update - they claimed to have not received the form even though it was sent. Countless calls were made after this for an update and every time I was given an excuse - they had ‘system faults’ and then they claim to have not received signed forms I had sent (despite this being sent on more than one occasion). This advisor is the worst advisor I’ve ever came across in my life. He had no care, no urgency, never had an answer for my questions and a never stuck to any of the multiple timeframes given. It took almost one month of hassle to receive the refund. Please note this is around one week before Christmas which added to stress. I never leave reviews, but having had this experience it had to be done. Proceed with caution.
