There was one incident in Tromso where no van turned up to pick us at the airport and ended up we have to called several times and wait until they send two taxi for us. Reported the case but no response even though the operator said will investigate. Request for partial refund but was ignored.

We booked twice with Rydeu! Both trips were great! The communication was superb. Friendly drivers and the price was very reasonable! Highly recommend!

Used this company for transport between Dusseldorf Airport and Munster. Our onward journey was a disaster as friends flights were delayed. So it cost a lot extra. Outward journey was very very good. The driver Uaman was excellent friendly and helpful

I along with my friends had booked a ride through Rydeu on 25th November from Dubai International Airport. The chauffeur was very helpful and behaved very well. The car was also very well maintained. Will recommend rydeu to others as well.

Quoted price for a return taxi journey in Tuscany, accepted price & paid deposit. 24 hrs late they cancelled taxi as they say they had quoted wrong price. Went back on site and booked another taxi at a higher price, on the morning we were due to be picked up they did not turn up. I was told when I phoned Rydeu they had cancelled the job, would have been nice to have been told!!! Guess they managed to con somebody else out of a lot more money. Avoid this company like the plague unless you want to be seriously let down. 1 star is 1 too many

Driver didnt arrive, full payment taken in advance. Still struggling with customer care to get my refund.

Don't use this service. We have booked transfer from Barcelona to salou. I've confirmation from this people that I'll pay 153£ for both ways. Driver didn't come as I've been told that he have some problem with a car. Somebody else came and charged me £170 for only one way. Driver was late, he was almost sleeping during the drive. I can't recommend this company at all.

Best experience ever!! tied their service in paris. The driver was very punctual and was waiting for us on the airport, he was very polite the whole trip. Rydeu team's response was quick and the trip coordination on WhatsApp was very helpful for us.

Fraudulent business dealing

A terrible experience. We booked and paid upfront for a transfer from Dusseldorf airport [2 vehicles]. When we arrived I got a call to say that the vehicles were stuck on the motorway due to an accident and that they wouldn't be able to collect us. They instructed us to make our own arrangements and that they would refund us. It sounded dodgy at the time but there was nothing we could do. Subsequently, they say that the sub-contracted company advised the collection went according to plan. That is a lie. We have been forced to contact our credit card company to dispute the payment. Do not use this company.

Tried to quote 86 euros for an 11 minute drive.

Avoid at all costs. We booked a taxi on their website, then the day before it arrived they texted me to say they accidently have me the wrong price and asked me to pay them double. I had already prepaid the journey in full at this point so I kindly asked them to honor their agreement with me. They responded threatening to cancel our journey and price-gouged us for literally double what we paid. We had no other options so we had to pay it. The customer service person was rude and unapologetic. The only nice thing I can say is that the taxi arrived on time and the driver was friendly. Apart from that, avoid this scam of a company at all costs!

Prepaid €173 to be sure to get a taxi from Santa Ponsa to Palma Centre and back later with two car seats for our children.

First the driver didn’t show up, so I called the manager who told us the driver would be late due to traffic.

We waited in the hotel reception.

Then 20 minutes later I got a message, that the driver was at the hotel. We went outside, but no car or driver was there.

So I called and got the message that the driver couldn’t find us and had left.

Now Rydeu don’t want to give us a refund, even though we will not be using either the trip to Palma or the return trip.

Stay away from Rydeu, it is a scam and they should be reported to the police.

Their game is to give you a low price so you book and pay deposit. If a better booking comes along they don't turn up leaving us stranded at cruise terminal and no taxi to airport. Best excuse after ignoring all calls and messages was "caught in traffic best you get another cab and they will refund" deposit. They are unreliable and don't care what stress and agro they cause you if a better booking comes up. Avoid if you don't want a nightmare on your hands.

Now taken them exactly 6 months to reply to this review .Give you another chance!!! You have no hope you left us stranded you morons.
