Absolute rip off if you are getting a taxi from Ciampino airport in Rome, the price was set before we left but the driver demanded more and also demanded a tip, we had to pay him in the car also which in it’s self is a red flag. The “taxi” was also parked miles away from the arrival. The taxis at the airport charge a standard €31 so I would advise you all to wait in the queue and use these taxis. The only reason we actually booked a taxi was because we didn’t arrive in Rome until later at night so thought this would have been the best option. I won’t be making that mistake again.,

Driver was very prompt, easy in fact. He lifted all our bags and was very courteous. Van was very comfortable. We arrived at the station safely.

Terrible experience in Valencia ..this company not allowed inside port or cruise ship area . they expect you to walk 4 miles to reach them ..horrible service ..do not book with them in Valencia if cruising ..

Our driver was a lovely lady Elena who arrived on time . She was a great driver and it was a good trip to Bilbao .

Everything went wrong, the taxi company in Italy was informed we was delayed in Stansted and arrived early at the airport in Italy and then charged us 45pounds for a late fee, then on pick up they was 2hrs late for pick up we then ordered a different taxi as we was going to miss our flight home and then, the 2 drivers told the new driver we was going to mug them off and not to take us which delayed us even more and in the end we missed our flight and had to rebook a new flight will definitely not be using this company again.

I was apprehensive about booking a taxi through this company because of some of the bad reviews but due to them only having availability when I needed it over in Italy to reach the airport I went with them and I have to say they were amazing . I downloaded the app got a direct messaging through to my driver , my driver arrived well on time , took my suitcase helped me in the car . The price was reasonable , very happy.

Dont recommend - cant find driver & you get charged with no refund and no reply to emails/texts

It is worrying when you have planned a long trip with several connections and the last connection is crucial. I travelled car, bus, airplane, taxi, train to get to Lecce. The final section was by Rydeu to Castignano. The driver kept me up to date about his arrival time. Met me bang on time. Provided much needed water and took me swiftly to mgt destination. Excellent service. Much appreciated.

We booked a return transfer from Alicante, the driver was there when we arrived. On the day of our return we were to be picked up at 8 am, I received a text from the driver saying good morning, he would be 20 mins, 10 mins later I received this…

you know I'm looking for my car I don't know where I parked but that's almost over an hour I'm looking for a car and I don't know where where I parked

I asked him to send a taxi number, as I was now panicking, I then got another text, stating he was now with the police,( which was conveniently deleted

We had to ask a stranger to phone us a taxi, arrived at airport on time but € 25 lighter, the company told me they would look into it but have not been I touch, I have send E mails to them but been completely ignored.

Cancel the rides and do not pay the booking penalties.

El conductor llego tarde, el coche no estaba limpio por dentro y ademas en el trayecto, por no entrar en la autopista y pagar el peaje, tardamos muchisimo mas de lo normal. Mas de una hora de camino.
Después de pagar una gran cantidad de dinero por este transfer, no estamos nada contentos

Awful experience, don’t use these people.

While we actually got taxis for both journeys, Rydeu comms. are hopeless. Booked taxi to accommodation which was in pedestrianised zone. Needed info on pick-up point for return. No response from Rydeu to emails over 48 hours. Published phone number doesn’t connect. No answer on WhatsApp. Eventually received text to say driver on his way. He turned up an hour and a half early so he was sent away.

Used pre booking to make life easier. Would be better to pick up an airport taxi.

Worst taxi ever. He has never come to the pick-up location and cancelled at the last minute without saying anything. Then I tried to call them a few times but nobody answered. I had to message them on WhatsApp and they told me they’ll send another driver. But this one never came too. I almost missed my plane because of that. I’m just waiting for my refund.

Booked two taxi's from and to Berlin airport and had to pay cash for both rides on the first ride. When it was time for our second ride to the airport, the driver just didn't show up and didn't pick up his phone. We received no apologies whatsoever and lost €114 euro's. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!

Our driver Manfred Gutierrez arrived exactly on time, was very polite and couldn’t be more helpful, it took away the strain of travelling to the airport and the anxiousness of timings etc

This company is just awlful failed to collect myself and my partner for our return flight from Palma. When I contacted them for a refund they just keep asking for my booking ref and avoid dealing with my refund

Driver did not show up at pickup point. 24/7 service not responding calls. Have to take a public taxi and rydeu keeps avoiding to pay refund. This company is a real fraud.

Efficient, easy booking, the driver was professional and communicative. Excellent price and prompt response time - I certainly recommend
